EVERY time I shop at Target I have to DOUBLE check receipt to ensure the circle discount has been reflected. Prior to the circle becoming automatic I had issues with the same. I shopped yesterday- had to wait in line at customer service as 2 of my "circle" purchases were not included. I get to my car and double check receipt again finding ANOTHER purchase that was not discounted- Again back in line after walking back into store and wait for customer service to review and issue credit- I have a gift care to use and once I spend I am no longer going to shop here as this is ridiculous. Very poor. I want to know how many people do not check receipts . Shame on you Target. read more

This is a Super Target and I was so enthused to come shopping here. Their selection was great. I wasn't fond of their grocery store area. It lacked essential fresh produce and I purchased a watermelon that proved to be rotten and sour. I wouldn't come back here due the prices being higher than at other Target stores and spoiled produce. read more

Found a Shark Navigator NV586 vacuum online Sunday evening showing two left in inventory for $169.99 (Target list price was $399.99), so I placed the order for pickup at the Davenport, Iowa Target store. Money was pulled from my credit card at 9:44PM Sunday night. I received email Monday morning at 7:27AM saying the "the item is no longer available at your store. We're sorry. We know how frustrating this is. We've pulled together any available options for Order Pickup at nearby stores or free shipping." Clicking the link, the closest store this item was available for me to pick up was 87 miles away, and delivery was NOT an option. Really, this computer age they don't have better control of their inventory?!!! The least they could do is ship one to the Davenport Iowa store. Needless to say, I canceled the order & am waiting for my refund. Also, three weeks before the sale, this same exact item was listed for $299.99 at Target online!! Update Tuesday: After canceling the order, I clicked link in cancellation email. The price remained $169.99 with free shipping. Updated rating from 1 to 3, including the hassle factor. read more

I was shopping in Belleville, IL recently and they had racks and racks of Women's Knox Rose clothing. I went to the Davenport Target only to discover literally a handful of Knox Rose items on the clearance rack. What the hell??? You need to increase your inventory drastically. What I saw today was a joke!!!! Get with it Davenport!!! The limited amount of clothing was mostly XS and S. Please order more Knox Rose clothing in all sizes. What a disappointment!!!! Typical target. For the most part everything was in stock. They had good Covid measures in place. There were only two cashiers present on a Saturday afternoon which was disappointing. I think it's ridiculous they also had the Starbucks coffee shop closed. Overall, what I would expect from a target. read more

I never leave reviews but what happened to me yesterday was so horrible that I just had to. I went through the store, got all my groceries, and was ready to pay. I ring everything up, bag it, and went to pay. My card would not work. I was trying to call my card company, and then anyone else I could get ahold of. I was starting to cry from stress wondering what was happening as I had just checked my card a bit ago. The lady was extremely rude and told me to deal with it or get out because I was holding up the lines. she didn't offer any help, no one did, they watched me panicking, crying, and leaving without food for my week. I will never show my face there again. economy's bad people, help your freaking customers. read more

First of all I don't think that he was feeling very well but he was very patient with the guy in front of me handling a problem with Verizon and waited on me at the same time. This is a really great store in the area. I favor it over the Target in Moline, and way favored over the Wal-Mart in Moline (though I haven't been to the Wal-Mart in Davenport around the bend from here, I do love their gas prices). They have a great ethnic food section for my Indian food cravings, and plus, unlike Wal-Mart, they sell adult beverages. Very good deals to be had in the entire store, can't be beat for value and curb appeal. read more

Target is my favorite one-stop-shopping ox store, and the Davenport Target is well stocked, clean, and easy to shop in. With everything from clothes to potting soil, my wife and I shop for most of our kitchen essentials here, and usually pick up something from the grocery section while we are there. Best store in the area. I go into this target up to 3 times a week and it never fails to impress! I have shoes, clothes, food, CDs, movies, and so many other things from here. They really have it all. The employees are also super friendly, and they have a lot of cash registers, so the lines are never long. 5/5 stars! read more

Expensive. The people are cleaner than Wal-Mart but the employees are really condescending and rude. Like i get it i look like i should be shopping at walmart instead, but i have a giftcard i need to use here so just let me buy my overpriced crap and leave. This review is for the Pharmacy only. I had insurance complications in the system after relocating from CA. The pharmacist at the time rectified the issues, updated the system and had my medications filled in about 30mins. After using this pharmacy for a month, I won't go anywhere else. I've never seen the same pharmacist twice and the service is still as outstanding as my first visit. Across the board CVS is hiring excellent help. read more

Being from the San Francisco Bay Area I figured we must have some of the nicest Target's, but boy was I wrong. This Target was sooo much nicer than all of ours in California. Believe me the residents of Davenport are lucky. The grocery section must have been 3 times the size of all of ours! They actually had edible looking fruit, vegetables, and even meat! Unlike my Target where I can barely stand to even look at the stuff we bought all our vegetables here and even our meat! I never thought I would be someone to buy fresh ground beef and chicken breast from Target. but man this stuff just looked to good to pass up. They had a great gluten free section which was perfect for my friend and I with celiac disease. I made all our meals and desserts for the entire week and was able to get a bunch of our items here. I was even able to get the Silk Cashew Milk which I was s excited about since I had not been able to find it in my local stores yet. Overall I have to give this store 5 stars since it did exceed my expectations for a Target. read more

On June 11, 2018 I purchased a Oster Toaster Oven. On June 12, 2018 I received a email stating the Oster Toaster Oven was on sale and had been on sale for $10 less. I contacted Target and asked why I was not given the sale price. The person I chatted with said they would send me a $10 Target gift card to make up for it. Did not get it. I contacted Target again and explained the situation along with all the Receipt Numbers on my receipt and full information. No reply from Target. And No $10 Target gift card. This shows me the total lack of concern for shoppers of their store. And they wonder why people are shopping elsewhere - which is what I plan to do. read more

I used to enjoy shopping at this store, that is, until my experience with "Gary" the evil old check out man who obviously likes to think he runs the place and can treat customers any way he chooses! First, he sighs and gives me a dirty look and starts rearranging everything I had placed on the conveyor belt - which by the way I had arranged to my satisfaction, thank you very much! - in such a way that my hairspray then rolled all over the conveyor belt. I then asked him why the jeans that were placed on a rack that says 50% off were not ringing up as the right price and was told that I had to buy and additional set of jeans in order to get the 50% off - well since this was not clearly marked on the sign, I did question it and that is when the real "fun" with the check out man began. He began arguing with me, continually threw his hands in the air at me, made rude comments to me, rolled his eyes - I have NEVER been treated by a check out person in this manner!! I complained to the management, but was only told that they would talk to him. Where I come from he would be fired for treating valued customers with such disrespect! I have been spending upwards of $600 a month at their store - not anymore!! read more
