I was so lost in the mattress buying experience and all these online mattresses that I couldn't make heads or tails of (how am I supposed to judge a mattress based on a description?). Even at the Denver Mattress down the road, I tried so many and none of them felt like *it.* I was willing to spend good money on a mattress but I wanted it to be worth it, and everything I tried or saw just looked cheap and click-bait-y. When I finally walked into Lebeda, it felt like I was finally where I was supposed to be -- quality people selling a quality product with no but**sh-t. Brian and I talked at length about the nightmare that is searching the internet for a mattress (all the online brands are prioritzed because they specialize in online marketing, so you can't actually find the local retailers that have good and better products, such as Lebeda). I grew up in the Chicago area so had never heard of Lebeda and then Brian told me about their domestic sourcing of organic materials. Just looking at the mattresses, I knew. THIS is what I had been looking for. Quality, plush quilting, non-synthetic, made to last. I fell in love with the Quanta Pillow Plush. I can't remember exactly but I think I paid somewhere between $1400-1600 total, which was on par with the crappier stuff at Denver Mattress, and EIGHT THOUSAND dollars cheaper than Denver's only comparable high end Heirloom mattress which boasts all the things Lebeda offers but not even as comfy. When Brian told me that my mattress was going to be made to order an hour and a half away and (I think jokingly) said I could even go watch it being made... I don't think he realized whom he was talking to because, yes, later that week I took off in my car to go see my mattress get made, dragging my best friend with me, and getting to tour the factory and meet the wonderful owner and factory staff. The staff members have worked there for upwards of 15 years, some much longer. They are beautiful people and you can tell they love their job there, as much as someone can in the world we live in. And THAT gives me a good night's rest in itself. You can feel it in their product. I am so sad that people might come to Yelp and see this low rating and not go to this store because literally they saved me. I have had this mattress for two years (rotating and flipping it semi-regularly as Brian told me to :) ) and it is a DREAM. I am completely spoiled and convincing my mom to replace her old mattresses with Lebeda. I tell everyone to go here. Thank you to everyone at the store and company for showing up day after day to make a quality product that you can stand behind and I can climb into at the end of the day and forget the world _/|\_

Went in late October to buy 2 mattresses for me and my parents. They were very pushy on what…read moremattresses to get. We have only had these mattresses for 3 months maybe longer, and the one is already bowing and is uncomfortable and the other is just the same but worse. Have called the store multiple times to solve this, all they keep saying is to pay money to send it back to the factory to fix it, have said just return and refund it. They refuse to do so. I am now having to look for a new mattresses for my disabled parents after being told this mattress will work well and there will be no problems.

Finally I went out to the store decided on a up graded refrigerator and they said they wouldn't charge me to bring the refrigerator that wouldn't work back but that I would have to pay another $89 to have the replacement delivered. Doesn't say to type "yes" or "ok" or anything. You have to call and deal with the local store. Only way anything will get straightened out. We bought a new mattress and we were supposed to get an added package during the President's Sale. When they delivered the mattress, no added stuff. The sheets we were supposed to get are back-ordered for sure, but they didn't bring the rest of what they had in stock. That being said they had in stock what we wanted for a mattress and their prices were better than the other mattress guys. All nice enough people to deal with, it's just the company itself that is screwed up.

We were currently in the process of moving, so I was in my pajamas, (why move in non-comfortable clothing?) the second we walked in, our salesman was pulled to the side and was told to "only show them the Clarence items." I was immediately offended. Even though the couches are nicely priced, they were incredibly uncomfortable. Our salesperson didn't even have decent customer service. We will not be back.

This was thoroughly explained to the salesman, and he even mimed the actual size and shape of the box the mattress would be in. I went in today to pick it up (48 miles each way for these trips), and was asked to pull around to the dock to load it. I asked approximately how long it would take for the mattress to get decompressed and ready to sleep, the other sales guy looked at me puzzled and then told me it was a full size mattress, not in a box. I wasted 2 weeks and drove 200 miles for this garbage. The manager said, we've apologized, what else can we do? Well, maybe figure out a way to get me a bed? Useless staff, poor management, and they wanted $159.00 to deliver it. Forget it Denver Mattress, you're never getting a dime from me and I will do what I can to tell others about this experience.
