Worst experience I have ever witnessed. I received an email stating my package was dropped off. the gentleman didn't even attempt to ask what my name is, or tracking number. he said they don't have it. how did he even know. didnt attempt to help whatsoever and was extremely disrespectful. this tall white bearded gentleman just wanted to dismiss and avoid doing his job. I then proceeded to mention I needed to also mail something off. he then asks for my ID. was in a hurry and only had my military ID at the moment and without hesitation says they don't take a GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID! like how is that possible when it says online you do?!?! he said it's policy. this guy literally is a waste of space and wants to part in providing customer service. I will not stop reaching out until this gentleman is fired. making up rules to avoid helping. read more

This store is by far one of the worst! If you must ship UPS go directly to the UPS terminal. I shipped a package which was lost and tried to file a claim but was told there was nothing they could do. All employees are unhelpful and demeaning, if you question the process or make a suggestion you are called rude. Brought a package in to drop off, had a label already on it. The employee told me that it's a label from another UPS store, he could not accept it. He said I would need to bring it to the UPS hub and that it closes at noon (it was minutes before noon). He was very rude and short with me. I called the other UPS store to tell them what just occurred, was told that was incorrect, to return to store to drop off. He stated it did not need to be a hub to drop off. I walked in and immediately he looked at me rolling his eyes. I waited in line for him to tell me, "I told you that we cannot accept that." I explained what was told to me by the other UPS store. He told me they were wrong, the package would just sit in the back room taking up space. It would not be picked up by a driver and he would not accept it. Once again, I contacted the other store, who finally reached an employee there that stated the other employee was incorrect and they should have accepted the package. One hour of a run around to be treated rudely. Train your employees on proper procedure and professionalism. read more

I return things all the time and they are friendly, efficient and everything's perfect especially to Amazon. Just beware that when you send something back to a third-party seller on Amazon The seller may charge you a restocking fee for no real reason other than their opinion of things. The UPS store does do a great job however I am so glad they are there. read more

I find the customer service here to be unacceptable. The wait times are usually very long, and even with multiple workers available and a line of ten people they had only one worker helping the customers. It took 25 minutes to do a drop off. Will ship Amazon returns through Kohls whenever possible. read more

I would give it 0 stars if it was available. I dropped two items off to be returned to Amazon. When I dropped them off the gentleman said to me to be sure and hang onto the receipt because things happen. The one item was immediately refunded to my account as soon as I left the store. The second item still says label created after over a week. UPS says it never picked up the package. I emailed the store twice and never got a response. I called and the woman and she was rude and told me that there were no packages left at the store and it was a UPS problem. read more

My daughter sent me a bird bath for Mother's Day and it arrived broken. She sent me the return code and I headed to this store to return it. First of all, the employees are rude. They act like they don't want to be bothered. I didn't tape the box shut so they could see the contents were broken. The clerk said, I have to charge you two dollars for tape. I will continue to drop things off at this location because it is the closest and I like UPS but I rarely feel welcome here at the store. I even had an employee tell me one time that they were full and could not accept my one USPS drop off (not that it should matter but I had several UPS packages as well). I called the USPS and was told that the response by the UPS store was not acceptable and they would remedy that. read more

If I good rate this store zero stars, I would. This is the second time I have stopped at this store and the employees were not wearing face masks. I am angry and disappointed in UPS for their lack of caring and following CDC guidance to protect themselves and the public. Extremely rude and disrespectful people who work there. I rented a mailbox there and I had a brain fart when I forgot the box number. Instead of trying to help me figure out the number the employee snapped back that they didn't have a mailbox with that number! Horrible customer service!! My husband and I both have been in there trying to return some stuff bought on amazon. Their computers wouldn't work the first time so we were told to print the labels at home and come back. When returning they said since we printed them at home we had to buy their bags to return the stuff in. These were free amazon returns! Meh. I've experienced much better customer service. I have used this location on a number of occasions, and yes, you can get your boxes shipped here. But, don't expect anyone to be very pleasant in the process. The last straw for me in writing this review came when I took a picture to be boxed and shipped. It was dropped off and paid for on a Tuesday and not boxed and shipped until Friday - wow really? Train your staff to box everything or turn away the business. For what I paid, it should have been completed within a day. No excuses. Enter the store with this in mind. Well, I concur with the previous review...I had the same experience with the packing and shipping of a parcel. But mine won't be leaving the location for up to 10 days! The owner claims that the delay is due to "the Holidays". Seems it doesn't matter what time of year it is as the other review was written in the month of August. She said the person who does the packing is working at both this location and the other UPS store she owns in Davenport! How's that for providing jobs for the unemployed?...oh, well it's only the customers that will pay in poor service...but I was charged the full shipping fee! The worst UPS store in town. They were very rude. Condescending and charged me for everything. They even charged me a dollar for a 2 foot length of tape to close the box. A dollar. This old bit$& that works there made me wait until everyone was taken care of before putting the tape and label on my box. I checked out and paid the dollar and then had to wait for 10 minutes to get the box taped shut. I was NOT going to leave with the box still open. What a joke. Don't go here. There are other UPS stores. In fact go to FEDEX. At least tape is free. read more

If you want a service agent to be argumentative, not helpful, rude and just nasty then work with the other young lady.
