It turned out that the other company replaced my bad hard drive with a used Xbox one hard drive and left the fan unplugged so it was overheating (which was not a problem that i had sent it in for and didnt even know about till he told me) but it all got fixed correctly and fast this time around. He…read morereplaced the screen, and we made arrangements to replace the back after a replacement was ordered. After the back arrived a couple days later, he reached out and made an appointment. He actually showed up on a Saturday morning to make the second repair. Both times he came to my house. He completed the repairs in just a few minutes. His communication was excellent and I felt that the cost was very reasonable, especially for both repairs being a house call. I highly recommend him for repairs! The first repair was under the insurance on my phone as he does repairs in my area under Asurion. The second repair was out of pocket as it wasn't covered. It was a huge savings over the about $250 to replace my phone. Also, I didn't have to drive anywhere and drop my phone off, plus I didn't have to go through all the time and hassle of moving all my data and settings into a new phone.
