    Rude and Slow ! Employee became angry when I tried to use a $20 bill. Also, the two items I tried to mail that day became "lost".

    This store does not deserve one star. They hired a p u t z to be the store manager. You never…read moreknow whether he is having an off or an on day. One day he may welcome you into the store with a bright 'good morning' while another day he will come over to you and tell you if you stay in the store while working more than 15 minutes, you are loitering!!! The winner I experienced and was when a customer left his credit card information in the copier/printer which I noticed when I went to the printer to print. There was a gentleman speaking with the p u t z manager and I asked him if he was the person who left his credit card information in the printer. Suddenly the p u t z SCREAMED at me that I had interrupted him. There was no explaining to him that the gentleman he was speaking to may have jeopardized his credit card. The gentleman closed out his information from the printer and thanked me. BUT the p u t z manager decided to come over to me after the store was vacant of witnesses and continued to yell at me. I had encountered many such instances with this monster and I simply lost it. I reported this to the president and vice president both of whom are too far up in their golden clouds to give a freakin' care. I say use UPS.

    My sister and I needed passport photos and some documents notarized. We made an appt for Saturday…read moreafternoon; it was the Saturday after Christmas. As you might guess, the place was BUSY, with people sending returns of gifts or picking up packages; one reason why this review is 5 stars is the store had enough staff working that they were able to provide quick, efficient service to the patrons that came in to use delivery or return options, or pickup their mail and packages that had been delivered to their UPS mailbox. That meant that the UPS rep who took our passport pics and processed the documents for the notary services was able to give us his full attention for the 20-30 minutes it took for us to get everything taken care of. Again: HUGE plus and a big indication that customer service was obviously a priority that one worker was able to devote his time and attention to what we needed on a busy post-holiday weekend. And we never felt rushed. Rashod Doyle was the gentleman who helped us. He was meticulous, patient, and took little extra steps that he didn't have to, in order to help ensure our documents would be ready to go for "official" review and (fingers crossed) approval. Rashod went out of his way to explain what he was doing with every step of the notary process so that we understood and felt confident with the care and attention he demonstrated. We had been somewhat apprehensive about the process, but Rashod really made it "stress free". So a huge kudos and thanks to Rashod and the staff for making everything seamless and easy.

    Do NOT get your passport picture taken here. Mine was rejected for TWO reasons, had to go back to…read morethe store. I had the email that had the picture attached, but they wouldn't give me my money back.
