I came here and they had plenty. There was also zero line at 2:00 pm on a Friday. Usually in the late afternoon the lines get long. If I have to go to the post office I really like this one. Michaella and Denise are both very friendly. They have worked here for years. The only downside is they close at 5:00pm and are closed on weekends. Located off Beach Blvd near Cerritos ave in Stanton. I think Im going to get into stamp collecting as a hobby.

This form should have been mailed out already, but life got away from me and I forgot. So I had to pay for priority/ next day mail. Which I'm fine with. That is the consequence of waiting and forgetting lol $30 for priority mail and you get a tracking number. I was in and out pretty quick.

There is always plenty of parking and it hasn't ever seemed too crowded (however I tend to go before normal workdays are over as it is so close to my house). Also note that I am not normally using the post office customer service as I tend to drop packages off, but when I do, it has always been pleasant and efficient. The only downside to this location is its proximity to the DL resort, thus making it a bit more difficult to get through (you have to make a large square of a drive as you cannot turn left into the post office). I am a local, so I know this, and do not have an issue getting around it. Overall, if you're in the area and need to use USPS, this one does the trick.

Honestly so stupid I hate this post office I had my boyfriend go pick up some under the delivered…read moremail and I followed the post office protocol online like it told me and when my boyfriend got to the office, they said just because our address is don't match they were not able to give him a mail when he had the undeliverable paper from the post office and his government ID, which on the email that the post office sent me specified that he needed to present a government ID with the name and the paper that the post office left on my home and he can't get my mail nowhere on that goddamn email or on their website does it say that our address has to match all it says is that the name has to match the government ID he presents.

Shout out to Neisha, Sally, Joe, Hazell, Rudy, Chad, also to Kimberly their supervisor who helped me couple times! You are all so amazing, I am always happy everytime I visit because of your energy! The staff are all fast and efficient, they are all very friendly and make warm conversations, they also take the time to double check your packages and always give informative answers to your questions! We also did our passports in this location and they were very quick and made the process smooth and easy! They were so patient with our children as well! My kids love them! I walked into the 333 W Broadway Anaheim Location for the first time, and I had 3 packages with me…read more 1 with a QR code, and two with a printed label. Upon walking up to the waiting point Hector and another employee were talking and then hector called me over. I told him I had a QR code for the package and he then proceeded to very rudely lecture me about how I passed a self service kiosk where I could have done it myself. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated and just stood quiet, when he told me to rate his service on the machine I pressed the frowny face and he got angry and said "Why did you press that" and I said "Girl-" and he said It's what I'm supposed to do but okay, you can take these other two packages to the self service and do it yourself. He rudely made me go to the self service kiosk that I didn't know how to use because my nearest post offices DON'T have them. On top of that, it was locked so I couldn't drop them off in the bin. Then I went back in line to tell him I couldn't drop it off, and he told me it must've been locked and to just drop them off to the side, where I had originally gotten helped at!! It was a waste of my time and the fact that his ego was that big is insane.

He goes out of his way to help people that look like they may need a helping hand. His sense of humor and love of his job are two things I wish more employees had! The system was down when I arrived to return some shoes to the UK. There was a system upgrade that was taking an inordinate amount of time. The gentleman shared that his wife is usually working, but he had a day off and was there instead. He told me they went to breakfast that morning. We compared local restaurants. I was there a good 15" just chatting. Other customers came and went and the conversation picked up where we left off. Ultimately, the system did not come back on line in the time I was there. I took a photo of my package and his business card as proof of the drop off. Today I looked to see the package was delivered. This is a mom and pop establishment worthy of my patronage.

Most postal service made me feel like I owe them something, sometimes I felt like I had to apologize for being there. However my experience here was very neighborly and she even gave me her pen to write everything down without being asked. I saw how she treated the elderly customer before me with respect and patience. Love it this experience. I just wish people understand good mannerisms are still important in this day and age
