Christina and Robyn were an absolute delight to interact with. They went out of their way to remember us and make us feel like we were long-term customers. The manager of this business reviews the facts and called me personally to apologize for the situation and to extend a refund of the money I paid as a good gesture which definitely helped make a bad situation much better.
