I don't mail overnight packages often & usually I would pay $19.95, but he saved me $3 by offering me a different solution & it would still be overnighted & I'd still have the tracking. Even tho I dropped it off at 3:30pm today, he guaranteed me it will be there by noon tomorrow & said if not, I get a full refund. I've never been to a post office where the guy explained everything to me & helped me save a couple of bucks! I was also in and out in less than 5 min, no line! All pluses in my book! On January 2 at approximately 4:00pm, her demeanor was rude, dismissive, unhelpful and she demonstrated a clear lack of customer service skills. This was my second interaction with her to send a return. She knew I was there a few days prior and came back today to send the same return. Is clear as day it's 'just a job for her'. Other post offices are helpful & welcoming. Never again will I visit this post office. Amazon makes returns convenient and easy- post office should do the same.

They only have one clerk and they could care less how much of your time is spent online. On another note I recently had to have my mail held while I was away. I couldn't do it online so I spoke with the post master. He said he'd take care of it. Well he never did. Fortunately a neighbor so the mail piling up and picked it up for me. I called the PO quite a few times to tell them to hold mail. No one even answered the phone. Had to call the 800 # to file a complaint. It's not like you can go anywhere else.
