I've getting my nails done here for at least 3 years. Last few times I have to say that I've been disappointed, due to people that don't have the skills yet. I continuously thought to myself give them a plastic hand to work on. Also, why is a fill the same price as a full set. Then they have the nerve to catch an attitude when called out. I had great service from US Nailes. They were timely and professional and warm. The last time I went there, I heard they sold it to a new owner. So there might be a new number, (or name). I got good service with the new owner, but I don't know them as well to comment more yet. I also don't know why the new owners didn't give a forwarding number because if you call US Nails, you get zero information. Just "service disconnected." Weird. Give transitional information so old customers can figure out there's a new owner but it's the same place. (Assuming that's still true). read more

I received the Lavender and Lace pedicure and it was truly a wonderful experience beside my toes looking amazing the leg and foot massage was incredible and they took great care to make sure the water, rocks, and wax were at a comfortable temperature. I was in town staying at the Riverwalk Marriott for a conference and this was less than a 10-minute ride away. I went with another attendee and friend and she was also very impressed with her pedicure she got the Lavender and Lace too. read more

I came to San Antonio for work and needed a manicure but most places downtown were way overpriced or booked out for days! This place was a short Uber ride away from downtown and got the job done. The lot is not glamorous but the couple that runs the store is lovely. Any time I had concerns about the shape or painting they adjusted accordingly. Price was also reasonable for a take off and new gel manicure -$25. I'm also impressed it lasted almost 3 weeks! read more

At first, I was a little nervous because the neighborhood is sketchy, but if I lived here, this would be my regular nail place now. Not only do they make sure to get every single detail right, but they work hard, enthusiastically, and they are so sweet. It's not easy to do short dip nails, but that's what the Army requires, and they worked hard to get it right. I had no expectations. I came in to kill time before going to a concert at the AT&T center. The woman who did my pedicure was Lee. She was so nice, patient and really took her time with my pedicure. She was thorough, gentle, and made my big "Fred Flinstone" feet look as nice as possible! If you're in the area, give them a try! Fair prices too! read more

Friend and I got dropped off by an Uber at 11:08 when they were supposed to be open at 11. Luckily we had a few errands to run just across the street. Called about 11:30 no answer. After the errands around 12:00 still no one was there. Got another Uber to go back downtown. Finally we called they were open finally around 1:00. We arrived one person ahead of us.. we were started on very promptly. It could have been cleaner. I got French tip acrylic nails... I have re-filed the nails as soon as I got home. Not to mention the middle finger nail on my right hand is barley on. It's not the worst but just knowing I have food sitting under my nails after washing and scrubbing my hands there times now is gross. It only cost me $25. Fair for what I received and the couple running the place seemed nice enough. read more

AVOID. I came in here with no reservation. I thought it would be easy and quick. I walk in and there's a toxic and overpowering smell of acrylic. The old guy in charge says 5 minutes. 45 minutes later I'm ready to walk out. Then they say 'nonono' stay stay....I stay, they can't get the bottle open of polish I want. The woman doesn't cut or shape the nails-I have to actually cut and shape them myself. They have no dryers-just a good old house fan. And all the nail polish on offer are the cheapest off brands I've never heard of. Just go somewhere else. You won't get the 'we don't give a sh!* about your time or your business' attitude-and you'll get a better pedicure job (and perhaps a more symmetrical one) elsewhere. Pissed at myself for staying. My nails didn't even last 24 hours they were so fragile and fell off. The glue sucked for the nails and it was ridiculous.

Great customer service and the man takes his time with each customer. I've gotten a pedicure and manicure and have had very good experiences. I would advise to take your own polish. They don't have many as options. The man does really great with shellac. This is my local nail salon. read more

The lady I got was super nice but she was rough when taking off my old acrylics & even tore one of my nails almost all the way off. She was very good with herwork and it seemed nice but it has already chipped and it hasn't even been a few hours. The prices were okay but there wasn't enough color variations to pick from when it came to nail polish. The place looked kinda dirty and boring. Probably won't go back. read more
