When I told him he said, "it's ok I fix it for you" as he continued to pile more and more polish on my nails making them thick and ugly. I told him about 3 times to fix it, and if his way of fixing it was to keep piling on polish. I didn't even want the service anymore. So at the end of the service, they charged me full price, after my nails weren't even fully covered. Their solution was to take $5 off. It's been 9 days. Heeennnrrryyy does it again. Took me from long nails to short ones with no issues. LOVE LOVE LOVE his work ! I hate waiting, no for real.. like I have the patience of a 2 year old who has had too much candy. I cannot stand it - and with some nail places, even when you call and let them know you are coming or make an appt - you have a wait. Wellll, I can say that I have never had a wait with Henry. I called him Sunday at around 2:45 and asked if he had time to do my services, I needed to get a fill-in and my toes painted - my usual. and he asked how long until I would be there - i told him 10 minutes. I got there in about 8 minutes really and he was walking away from putting the girl before me under the UV lights to dry. PERFECT TIMING HENRY ! My nails were reallllly long - they had grown out quite a bit since I only get them and my toes done once a month (Thank you Shellac !) I asked that he cut them down some, he definitely took the length off. I was nervous because when he was cutting them down - the acrylic on 2 of them cracked down to the nail bed - I have an overlay so my REAL nails are under there. He took care of my worries though, he sanded my acrylic down to the nail and re-did the cracked ones. I commend him on this because i had a nail tech before who did not do that and simply filled the nail, which allowed water to get under my acrylic and caused my nail fungus under it - true story. He made sure the cracks were gone and everything was filled properly. :) He always helps me with my polishes as well - I want my toes and nails to match always and sometimes the color of shellac they have is not exactly the same as the colors they have that are not shellac but he helps me get as close as possible. He and I will pull 3-4 bottles and put them under the lamp with the shellac swatch to make sure its as close as possible because those salon lights will fool you into thinking you got the same shade of pink on, then you get in that direct sunlight and you end up with magenta and maroon. NOPE ! Not I, said the captain. I will be matched as close a possible or ill pick another color that I CAN find a match to. My toes are perfect, no complaints on my nails, the painting of them, the services, the friendliness, the speed. i just keep waiting on him to mess up - LOL but so far so good. :) :) I cannot say enough good things about Henry and his services. Pictures don't do his work justice. Thank you again Henry - ill be seeing you again in t-minus 30 days.

My first impression of this salon was positive--the initial interaction was warm and welcoming…read more When the tech asked how I wanted my nails, he enthusiastically suggested, "Long with design?" I politely said no and asked for something short and simple. His demeanor immediately changed--he lost the smile and rushed through my nails. The results were uneven, with each nail noticeably a different length. I didn't realize a square shape could be so difficult to get right. Still, I left a tip and went on my way. Unfortunately, one of my nails popped off the very next day. I returned to get it fixed and was greeted again by the same tech--friendly at first--but he was busy giving a pedicure in the back. A different tech at the front asked what I needed. I explained I was there to get a nail fixed but didn't know the name of the person who originally did them. She asked if it was "the guy in the back," and I said yes--only because I had just seen the same man at the pedicure station. I now realize she may have meant someone else from the back of the nail area. Then, a different male tech came over, glanced at my nails, and started speaking to another technician in his native language. I clearly heard him say "the guy in the back" while they laughed together--it felt like they were making fun of the situation, which was uncomfortable. They had me sit at a station for a long time. The tech whose station it was kept checking on me but never started the service. He kept pretending he had forgotten something in the back and left several times. I was on the verge of walking out just to avoid making a scene. Eventually, the original tech returned and reluctantly started working on my nails. He forced a friendly tone, rushed through the repair again, and walked off as soon as I was under the lamp. Once my nails were dry, I had to get up, walk across the salon, thank him myself, and then I left. This was not the experience I expected based on the good things I had heard. Sadly, I won't be returning.
