Pretty disappointed with the service I received today. I walked in at 10:45 and was told the wait…read morewas 15mins which was fine. At 11 I got sat for a pedicure. I came in with gel that needed to be removed so they soaked my "toes" in acetone (poured acetone over the cotton on my toes and wrapped them in foil) the acetone ended up all over the bottom of my feet and I sat like this for 30 minutes before someone finally come over to help me. While using the tool to remove the gel they constantly rubbed the skin on my toes with the drill which was very uncomfortable. My toes are sore from how hard the man was filing my toes down. Eventually I asked that I don't get any color because longer wanted to sit in the chair and get my toes done. This experience was no where near relaxing. This was my first and last time at this salon.

Now upon entering I asked the gentleman (owner) as Tina has handed the business to her niece and her husband, if the used drills or acetone to remove gel he assured me the start gently with drill & then follow with acetone. So, pedicure fantastic but drill was used, much to my dismay. But I left it. Then onto me nails ONLY drills used throughout entire process. Both turned out Lovely. But... I DO NOT LIKE DRILLS, I am not confrontational so I let it... To my dismay nails on both toes & hands were sore for some time proceeding the appointment. So I would LOVE to return ONLY IF they follow through on their words. I AM AN ACETONE ONLY DUE TO PRIOR DAMAGE ON BITH TOE/FINGER damage as a result of drills. Cuticles on my hands needed a WHOLE lot more attention then a drill can do without damaging. But I give them 4 stars for the Clean, and Organized aesthetic.

Then, when I returned on Monday, an older woman tried to charge me even more money, despite the fact that I had left the day before with nothing on my nails. And even now, they're still thick and uneven. To make matters worse, they will make you pay even if you're completely dissatisfied with the service and the results. Save your money and go elsewhere -- trust me!
