They were not willing to reschedule the appointment either and told me to call another company. I think the owner should have called me instead of just the scheduling guy. I think they are unprofessional and I will not contact them again for my future HVAC repairs.

We received a quote on Monday, spoke with Rick on Wednesday with a few questions we had & after deciding to move forward, he scheduled our installation for THAT Friday! SO quick! Rick and his team arrived on time and prepared. The job took about 7 hours & they were very respectful of our home, placing down materials to prevent any mess in our space. They removed our swamp cooler FREE OF CHARGE - that's usually a decent cost! They also cleaned up and removed everything that was being replaced. I can't recommend this company enough. When they came to do the install, they were extremely professional and thorough. They went above and beyond in making sure all the ductwork around the furnace was replaced well. When they were done, they cleaned up beautifully and there were no extra fees tacked on, even though they did some additional work. They explained every step to me and answered all my questions. After a "FREE" visit, the Tech quoted $1400 to fix a simple pump replacement that will take 30-45…read moreminutes on our tankless water heater (according to Navien Tech Line and other over-phone quotes). Others have quoted over the phone $250-$450 (but they can't get to it until late next week at the earliest). The water heater itself would be $1500 to replace! There is no way this job was even 1/3 of $1400! He also said he DOES NOT do diagnostic for free; and that is $365 (later put in his estimate $233). So, Plumbline mis-represented that as well -- since I literally have it documented from their rep via text that they will do the diagnostic for free. All of that is highway robbery. They also wasted our workday by coming out 4 hours later than the END of the originally scheduled window of time (they did call to say they are running late). We should bill THEM for that time staying home ALL day on a workday -- instead of the planned half day. WE DO NOT recommend these guys. Seems like they are just another company that hopes folks accept an outrageous estimate because they are already in your home after accepting a $49 or Free estimate. We went with one of the quotes that are WAY LOWER and waited until they were available. Fixed for $250 TOTAL!
