Wow mind boggling shopping trip at this store. I TRULY ENJOY wandering around this huge store. Looking at all of the bulky items....items for anything and everything you need to put on a wedding or baby shower.....birthday....first off, a unauthorized car was parked in the handicapped spot.....I couldn't find a cart.......5 people in the front standing by the managers office..... two Guys checking out people......I stood painfully by one of the registers..no handicapped supplies for elderly or people post surgical.and...... guess who brought a line of carts inside???!?!!!! A CUSTOMER!!! I Thanked HIM IMMENSELY.... then I went down my usual isle to browse the candy prices and how high they went up from my last visit 2 years ago.....pre surgical bulk French toast supplies....price compared from them to Amazon, facing products (once a stock person, always a stock person) its calming for me....im dressed very skimpy in a cotton blouse and a tank top cruising down the candy prices $9.98 a box for Reese 18 bars THIER price $32.00 I was getting my calming therapy session done knowing my shopping Amazon saved me ALOT! ..I had my routine down SHOPPING, I bought a can of peanuts, I left my perfectly FACED spice and candy isle and went straight to the onion rings.... then glided down to the end where the frozen berries , cookie dough section where the labeled boxes were NOT CONSIDERED for cataract patients who can't see SMALL PRINTED PRICE STRIP TAGS ON A ONE INCH WIDE BAR digging thru to find what I needed freezing with that dang door open......a simple marker to write double chocolate chip, sugar cookie etc.on the boxes facing the customer would have been, less energy wasted and items kept frozen lol door closed when seeing marked boxes clearly marked.....hmmmmmm ......then I see a lady on the inside....all the while....a toothless EMPLOYEE WAS WATCHING ME THRU THE CABINET ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FROZEN CABINET INSIDE!!!!! THE WHOLE FROZEN STOCK AREA. IM HEADING TOWARDS THE EXIT AND OUT OPENS, FROM THE FREEZER, BUT...OH MY GOSH THE TOOTHLESS EMPLOYEE......how in the heck DOES A PERSON shoplift big BULKY STUFF OUT OF THE ONE WAY IN ONE WAY OUT??? I DON'T EVEN LOOK LIKE A PERSON SHOPLIFTER.....IT DOESN'T EVEN CHECK OUT FOR ME!!! (I wouldnt ever) I WAS SO FRUSTRATED BY THEN......17 YEAR'S IF EMPLOYMENT WOW!!! Stopped into this store to grab a couple of thing, this store has resale in mind , you can buy 5 gallons of soy sauce if you need that much! This is a great staple spot for bulk items! My only complaint is that over the years I've shared how to keep birds out and every employee has been defensive about doing anything despite complaining about all the birds. So here: hang 5' strands of holligraphic streamer @1.5' intervals between the two posts in front of the entrance. For durability the streamer could be tacked to a thin strip of wood and that could be mounted to the underside of the awning. Shouldn't cost more then 25$. I hate seeing hurt birds wondering around inside human spaces with no food or water. read more

Cash & Carry is like Costco without the membership fee. Great place to get large quantities of produce at a good price. They also have a big selection of restaurant supplies -ie pots, pans, storage containers, etc. The best part it's not nearly as crowded as Costco and parking spaces are easy to find near the front doors. read more

Most of the employees are friendly, some of them will act like it's the end of the world for them to go outside and get boxes to put your groceries in, don't let them make you feel bad, it's part of their job. Please please do NOT post online that you need folks to apply in person if you WILL not be there to accept the resume during the time frame YOU guys insisted on. Cash and Carries in general are homes to great deals and restaurant sized portions without the Costco membership fee. Stuff for various world cuisines in large, bulk portions as well as various kitchen gear are available here. Compared to other Cash and Carry locations I've been to, the folks here are more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful to their customers. Their produce seemed pretty good...we got some very fresh asparagus. There are lots of other more specialty items here in bulk that you can get too, like pork belly and halal meats. The only downside is the funky location (really annoying to have to cross 101) and that the road on the way in is in really bad condition. read more

My experience with this store over the years has always been positive. Sometimes the checkout process can take a bit of time, but generally is quite quick.
