I'm a South Bay kid so the nearest shop to us is miles away so this one in Sidro is very convenient for me. So this was my first time doing business at this location and everyone seemed to be very nice, helpful and accommindaing from the beginning. I was assisted Scott M. he was very cordial and knew what I was looking for, he asked a couple of questions on what I was looking for and what I was expecting he promptly had suggestions and examples of what he was suggesting gave the alternatives and explained the differences and the effectiveness of the different strains and which would be the most effective for what I was looking for. This place is my go-to dispensary and also my favorite. I love the express pick-up option, it truly is a game changer and saves me so much time. Their selection is usually spot-on and they have great customer service. One time, a cartridge I had ordered stopped working after one day. They exchanged my item with no problem after testing it out and I thought that was so kind of them since in other dispensaries I was only given an apology and the option to spend again on the same item. The staff really is great, and I just cannot post this review without mentioning that Risa is the BEST! I tried Urbn Leaf for the first time last week, when I walked in I was thrown off a bit from standard dispensary style that I was used to. The main take away for me is the fact they were showing you herb through a baggie like a drug dealer, you can't smell or touch just buy. I did NOT like this experience, I ended up purchasing a "higher end" eighth and getting a second eighth for five dollars due to a promotion (nice) when I got home I tried both and was happy about the more expensive herb because it was strong and quality just dry and to the point weighed out, no love from this place they pay taxes. The other herb, was dry and not good at all wasn't sure if it even was an OG. Only use this place for a last resort they also force you to pay for those tacky black bags I think 60cents every time unless you bring it back in smh.
