Good product at a decent price. Nice little stop and go spot. I've been going back for the convenience purpose after the gym.

Thanks a lot to JP for the excellent customer service and get me the best flower for the best price. Very cool crew, big parking lot and the perfect location (Broadway). I appreciate the service. read more

Element 7 - Chula Vista - W - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Chula Vista, California

The chubby guy with glasses behind the counter is very rude and unprofessional. He was on a personal phone call when I walked out n and seemed bugged that I was in there. When I would ask him a price he would reply how much do you want to spend. When I said I'll just go to the other despensary in the same parking lot , he peplied go right ahead with an attitude. I will never return and tell everyone I see not to go in! There is another despensary less than 100 yards away with great customer service and great prices without the rudeness! read more

Horrible customer service and not compete price wise at all. From the moment you walk in the staff is very standoffish

They have very good products and deals here. They have a rewards program / punch card where you get hooked up next 3 times for first timers. The bud-tenders are also very helpful and know what's up. read more

Wake and bake discount 20%off between 7am - 9 great . I do wish that you would honor age 60 as a senior discount others accept me at 63 as a senior. I have never been denied senior benefits at any of the dispensaries read more

Earlier this year I accumulated enough points from making purchases here to get a free edible. So I go down there make a purchase and ask if I can redeem these points here today for the free edible? The employee says "yes". So I click "redeem" right in front of the employee. After a bit of searching this person came back and says "we are currently out of stock. Please come back later in the week when we get more." So come back on the day that they had indicated, and the same employee says "sorry, but we still have not gotten a shipment of those edibles. As a result I keep coming back for the next several weeks and at some point the same guy says I don't think we are ever going to offer those edibles any more. I gave up when I came in to make a purchaces and this same employee was there and just kept nodding "no" at everything I said. I was there to purchases edibles that day, but as a result gave up on Element 7 honoring their side of the agreement to redeem points as a loyal customer. read more

I got on their website and their prices are incorrect. False advertisement. When you go into the store; they say oh it's not that price anymore it's more. This is unacceptable. Please whoever goes to this dispensary, watch the prices. They are over charging. Do not come here! read more

I stopped going to other dispensaries bc element 7 is the best out of there. They have daily deals that can't be beat & the smoke is top shell. I used to go to M&A bc of the convenience & how nice it was but Element 7 is just as nice, the workers are dope & the prices are the best. Ayden was so helpful & told me about the deal (buy two eighths, get one for a $1) and told me to download the app, big love to Ayden! read more

No first time customer discount ! And the customer service was inattentive and a bit rude.

Careful, careful! Discounts on website are wrong according to them and they won't honor them! WTH!!! I'm a senior on their site but once I walk in the door, I no longer qualify? That's beyond sketchy. Cannot recommend! read more

They have some pretty dank weed for cheap prices! It's great when your short on $ but wanna get your smoke on! Really nice attitudes from all the crew members and it's close so no need to go to B.F.E for your cannabis needs! Will go there again read more

Checked out this new dispensary yesterday excellent service and very helpful and gave me a good recommendation on what products they are selling in their dispensary yesterday employees Luis Casillas and Harvey and Nick and Josh were very respectful towards my decision what products what they are selling and security In the front named Monte was also nice and I definitely recommend this dispensary because they have good prices and good customer service and for first time patients you get 15 percent off your purchase and really appreciate all of the employees mentioned in this review that they are nice and positive people read more

They have the best selection and pricing ever and the staff is second to none.. a must shop

Unfortunately I was so hopeful due to it being so close to my house. But their customer service isn't that great. The worst is the guy that checks you in with the donut lanyard first he acts as if it's a bother to check you in, oh and do your job, I talked to two other people inside (other customers) that said he is an a**. Well I won't be returning there are a lot popping up in Chula Vista so I will go to a different one. read more

read reviews about the place but didn't think it would be bad . came for a preroll and told the guy i wanted sativa or hybrid . sold me an indica and i noticed before i got to my car and i tried to return it . was told im unable to swap it out . probably wouldn't have happened if i went to a dispensary with budtenders that listen to you read more

Best prices in SD and the best customer service! very happy with my new favorite dispo, EVER. :)

Cool place. Good selection. Just one problem. One day I bought a "Dime Bag" from budtender Alyssa (wonderfully delightful) for $20. The very next day I went and got another dime bag from budtender Harvey (shady/weird) for $25. So which is it? Needless to say I will not be going back to see the latest price change. Good luck 2 all my fellow bud smokers from CV. read more
