What a horrible experience! BEWARE that if you place a Weedmaps order for Off The Charts the price WILL be different when you come pick it up. I placed an order for their National City location and when I arrived they told me the items were actually "more expensive" and they weren't sure why Weedmaps was showing that price. Sure, whatever... I placed an order for their San Ysidro location, I even called to confirm that had my items and the correct price this time! I wasted time driving down there and then was told that apparently the cartridges I bought were not the price listed on Weedmaps. They tried telling me that was the Preroll price, not the cartridge price. HOWEVER, Weedmaps description said it was a cartridge, the picture is of a cartridge and it let me place my order for the listed price! They tried to say it was the system problem and they couldn't honor what is posted online and what my order confirmation had listed. This Dispensary is full of liars. They put sales up to get you in the door and change the prices. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. I will not go here again and will warn everyone from coming to any of your locations. read more

The service at this location is HORRIBLE. The budtender was by herself and had no idea of any promotions they had currently. When I asked if she had them printed out like all the rest of the locations have, she went on to state they only print them out on weekends. Mind you the active promotional board is good from March 30th to April 2nd. She wouldn't even look it up on her end and I wad the only customer in the shop. I had to walk out to my car just to prove to her what her store was advertising. This is not the first time I had an issue but its the last and I will never go back. read more

Walked in for my first time and bought a "live resin" TURN pod on 9/28/2025 wich turned out to be a counterfeit. Packaging was off and it didnt come with the usual verification code it comes with to verify authentication and for the points earned with each purchase. Unfortunately the pod is filled with a dark mystery juice that tastes gross.called right away to let them know, employee immediately started acting extremely rude , couldn't get a hold of the manager,and they basically told me to F off I Just got scammed for 50 dlls.
