I've visited a few times now and I cannot believe the rude and disrespectful attitude these people have. The selection is also horrible they literally never have stock. Prices are expensive but try to flatter military personnel with a cheap discount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. They really should conduct customer service training. The older lady wouldn't even hand me my ID, Credit card or product to my hand, instead she would place each item off to the side on the countertop. I almost lost my composure. Super impressed by this vape store. I've been to a few in a couple states and I like this one a lot. This particulate store is located by the REI in the town center and was fairly easy to find. The selection is abundant for vape setups and juices, and it's clean and organized. The shop is very open so it's not super smoky like it's not ventilated properly. The guy that helped us was fairly knowledgable and super helpful in getting us what we needed. I'm really glad there's finally a store in this area. My parents live in Rancho Del Rey and I hated having to venture out just to find a vape store. No complaints here about service or pricing. read more

I would like to change my review from 2 stars to 1. I recently stopped by again because it is the closest vape shop to me. There's a price to convenience and I understand that, especially since they over price everything. I came in to purchase new coil for my vape but was unsure which one I needed. When I came in and showed my vape asking for coil. a Filipino man with airpods in his ears said "what the hell is this? No we don't have that. You don't know what coil you need? Did you steal this?" he said. I was over his attitude. As a Filipino-American, I am embarrassed to have someone like him represent us as a store front. I have purchased several vape products here and their devices have never lasted longer than 4 weeks. In fact, just a week ago I went to buy a new smok Novo and it was defective in less than 24 hours. Fortunately, they replaced it rather than offering me the usual discount. Well, less than a week later, the replacement is no longer working . They are most likely selling refurbished smoks. First of all, this shop wins in a lot of areas. It's a beautiful space in a beautiful area. Their Yelp address does lead you to a PF Chang's parking lot, though. So maybe a little failure of awareness there. But they have a great selection, good menu, and all kinds of devices and juice. Service has been pretty good as well. This is a one star review. Here's why: their prices are absolutely insane. The cheapest 30 ml bottles you can buy are $26 out the door. That's almost $1 per ml. I've been here twice in a pinch when I needed juice fast and it kills me to pay that much. I get that in Eastlake everybody expects to get taxed because it's a "fancy area," but that's way too much. It's annoying that the only shop close enough to my office to visit on a lunch break charges $10 more for 30s than I'm used to. I also haven't heard of most of their brands and did not enjoy either juice that I bought as much as my staple flavors from my main shop. The last one I bought was so thin and had so much sweetener in it that it burned out my atomizer in a day. So now I'm out $31 on a bottle of juice I wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

My first time in the shop was not bad, its convenient for me to stop in because I meet a group up at the ORM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The guy who helped me was friendly and provided excellent service. The second time was a completely different story. The older Asian guy behind the counter was helping some customers so I patiently waited, when they left he simply sat down with some regular customers and started rebuilding a mod with the other guy who was rebuilding mods. I waited again and finally asked if I could buy some Juice... he said oh I thought you were just looking or something like that. I asked for three different flavors they carry until one of them was finally in-stock in a 30ml bottle. When he rung it up it was more expensive than the same brand same size I picked up the previous week. I told him Vape up in Chula has that for like $5 cheaper he said our rent is expensive and asked me if I still wanted it. This place is lame, drive the extra distance to Vapeup and get way better service for less money with a better selection in-stock. read more

I work in customer service myself so I know what good customer service regardless if you don't like their questions. If someone doesn't feel welcomed in the store and expresses it I wouldn't try to further explain and ask them to be SPECIFIC because you don't understand how they feel. I like to support my local shops but not when you're trying to take advantage of people. Everyone's really nice. Great liquids -- i personally LOVE 'Anti-Venom,' a melon-menthol flavor. Yesterday they only had it in 12mg nicotine w/o menthol tho. Carlos hooked it up tho and added menthol to it, plus he gave me a screw for my Nimbus tank that i needed.
