I had a nicotine vape in my pocket, which is what he was referring to. After I pulled that out my pocket, he did not even apologize for the mishap. I have never stolen anything in my life, and to be accused while I am purchasing $50+ of cigars was very disrespectful. The cashier had patchy skin and acted like he hated life (probably because he is a grown man working as a cashier). Someone in their management needs to talk to him about customer communication.

I don't generally award five stars to a business on my first visit. That doesn't mean that my…read moreexperience hasn't been thoroughly pleasant, or that the customer service was lacking in any way. But it takes time to get a feel for a business, so until further notice, four stars will have to do. Heavenly has a wide selection of merchandise, and the people who work here are knowledgable about the products that are stocked in the cases,on the shelves, and everywhere you look. It's uncluttered and easy to navigate, and products are intelligently arranged so you don't have to spend your time trying to find the things you want. At the register, there's Mike, who's businesslike, and friendly, certainly--but I don't think he'd stand for any nonsense. You get the feeling that everything is under control, and that nothing short of a 9.0 earthquake would faze him. And then there's Daniel. He's seriously deranged, but in a good way, like a benevolent barbarian warrior who only wants to help. He's got a big heart, so he does, and he's innocent to a fault. Don't blame him if you find yourself purchasing something you didn't intend to buy when you walked in. You've just been charmed, that's all. And that's why they call it Heavenly. (On second thought, make that five stars after all.)
