So I called before I came. Drove by to pump gas noticed it was open, aftwe reading reviews on how they usually closed.I was wondering if the phone worked. I sat outside vaping waiting for my friend to meet me here. Decided to call and see if the number was working. Some lady was sitting behind the counter on her phone. So unfortunately nobody picked up. As we entered she just sat behind the counter staring at as we where trying to find the vape liquid we was looking for. The way she was looking at as was as if we were a inconvenience to her or wasting her time. The other gentlemen who usually work her are chill and greet you and ask you how Day was going. I was greeted first by phone and then in person by Moses. Store is very clean and well lit. Football was playing on one of their 4 big tv's so I knew I was in the right spot. Moses was very helpful in walking me through the purchase of my first box mod. After looking at a few models I decided to get the eVic VT. He spent almost an hour getting me set up with the device and a few juices. Overall, it was a great experience at a great price. First off I'd have to say the location for these guys couldn't be better! Such a convenient spot to go to for some good e liquid! They have a great staff that is friendly and knowledgeable, they didn't get frustrated when i asked a storm of dumb questions since I'm fairly new to the scene so kudos for dealing with me lol. Anyways the place is "Clean" most likely cause they are a fairly new shop and the place seems to be very well taken care of. They only carry authentic RDAs and Mods A+ also the prices aren't that bad which will have me coming back for more. They have a good selection of Juice and cover just about anyone's preference and recommend some good products and won't try to sell you bunk product so you'll be guaranteed to leave happy. The lounge area is pretty sweet so it's definitely a chill spot for you and some friends to hang out and vape on some good juice while watching a show or just hanging out in general. If i missed anything i will update asap but from my first experience from these guys i definitely will be coming back for more and hope to have many more good experiences, peace. Unfortunately, the customer service didn't match the look of the shop. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, despite the fact that one of the two guys behind the counter didn't have anyone to help at all. Okay, fine. I'll wait for someone to acknowledge my presence... Okay... I'll wait some more... 5 minutes later, there I sit, still without so much as a "hello" from either of the dudes who work there. DO NOT BUY YOUR MOD FROM HERE!!!! Decent spot for juices but do not buy your vape mod device from this store. I spent roughly $130 dollars on a Smok Mag Grip from this place with a large capacity battery etc, etc. After 2 weeks the device completely stopped working. Doesn't turn on, hasn't had any damage to it and is in excellent condition. Just woke up one morning and it would not turn on. I searched the web for some trouble shooting solutions but figured I'd take it back to Valley Vape to see if they could help me out. Dead wrong. After about 5 minutes of fumbling with it the guy at the counter looks at me and says "There's nothing I can do for you." That's it. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience, didn't offer some type of replacement, didn't offer a discount on a different device, nothing. Take my review seriously. I was given the cold shoulder and was basically screwed out of my money. I only do reviews if the service is exceptional or if it is down right terrible and this place is definitely on the terrible list. Buy your mod from a safer, more customer oriented place of business and stop here every now and then from some juice if necessary but don't buy your device here. Learn from my mistake! read more

I am from Texas, where apparently we make and sell juice differently - with our flavors and nic levels (mostly) mixed and bottled on site. So admittedly, I walked in last night from a different world. The young man behind the counter looked up from what he was doing and greeted me ("what can I do for ya"). I told him I needed some juice and asked if he had pomegranate he asked my nic level I told him and he said he didn't carry higher than 12, I told him that where I was from we could specify the level in each bottle because they're made on site- he says he COULD add nic to any juice but in small bottles it would be really hard to do...ok, no big deal. He asks if I relocated or am on vacation, presumably to determine if I am a potential customer or someone he'll never see again. He had pomegranate menthol which I didn't want, so I had to find something else...that's when I began asking HIM questions. He didn't seem to mind answering my questions too much, as long as he didn't have to move from his spot to do it. I told him the type flavors I liked and asked if he had one of them in a 12- he points to the wall in front of me, I asked if he could recommend one, he lets out a sigh and walks over to where I am, points to the bottom shelf and says that's what he has in a 12. I lean way over across the counter, squinting my eyes, trying to read the bottles while he stands there. I tell him,"I'm sorry, I can't read any of these, can you help me out"? He hesitates like that was going to be too much effort, reading these labels, and puts one in front of me that's popular. I ask to try it and he asks if I have a mod with me. I don't. I tell him I just don't know all these different mixes, I really like just plain pomegranate, it's really good. He then tells me,"well, we don't mix in house but I guarantee these are better than that pomegranate. At this point, I've been nice and mannerable as long as I can bear, and decided to get out before I go Pure Hillbilly, this was way too much work, so I say I'll take it, and if it's that good I'll be back. I know he couldn't have cared less. I went in there because of the good Yelp revues, Maybe the other Staff are ok, it's NOT because Customer Service is just better in Texas because I've been to Vape Republick in National City and Sun Vapers in La Mesa, BOTH shops had amazing customer service and let me try all the different flavors I wanted without a mod... they just don't have plain pomegranate. I can honestly say, if Valley Vape had pomegranate, were the only place in San Diego carrying it, and at 1/2 price...I still wouldn't be back. The customer service was terrible, and I felt like being there was an inconvenience for the guy working there- a terrible annoyance. The only reason they get 1star is because the juice I bought is pretty good BUT with decent customer service I would have bought a new mod or 2, another juice, and some coils too. Customer Service is everything, people when treated right are very forgiving but you can have the best product in the world and still fail over bad service. Our hard earned money doesn't go as far as it used to, I'll be danged if I'm going to give mine some place that treats me like something stuck to the bottom of a shoe.
