I've been coming to this store since it was a kiosk near the food court, and I've got so say that I've never once been dissapointed with the service I've been given for my vape needs. I've been coming here since they opened up in a small stand. Till this day they still have outstanding customer service and I've never had a complaint. They always treat you like family. I was in there today to get a rebuild and walked out with a new mod Vape 7. They really took their time to explain the differences between mods. They have great varieties on liquids as well. This vape shop has a huge selection. At Otay Mesa Town Center in Chula Vista toward the back of the shopping area, near the NW corner of Macys. GPS is little help here. Don't get this confused with the online only store Element Vape. These are two separate businesses. I made that mistake but was pleasantly surprised at what I had found. Staff here is very knowledgeable of all things vape. Actually took the time to talk over and explain to me several options based on what kind of vaping experience I was looking for. I have several attys, but my favorite was a dated flavor driven atty clone and was looking to upgrade with a new squonk kit that I saw off the other stores website. Either that or get an updated "genuine" RTA or RDA for my Wismec. I'm old school and like to make my own builds. He had several tanks and to my surprise some drip atty's as well. A lot of stores out here, "San Dog", are going to the pod style or JUUL type setups or just don't sell "rebuildables" anymore. On his suggestion I settled on a WOTOFO drip atty,( drip attys are still the best in flavor), that also works in a squonk mod and uses either mesh or regular coils. I am very happy with my purchase. The flavor and cloud production knocked my old RTA clone in the dirt. Especially the flavor, WOW! Will definitely visit this store again in the future. Selection is good and parts reasonable considering all available options near by...none. my problem with this shop is when I ask questions related to vaping, cbd, they get very snuddie and respond very negative toward you. I will go here for liquids if I forget to stop on my way home or need parts quick. Love the product but hate tasting fluid in my mouth and a battery who's button shorted out after the exchange policy was over. Can someone please help me with a couple of issues I have with this E-cig ? 1. I love your e-cig kit that I bought 15 days ago and already I have a battery that went out ( there is a short in the button?) 2. Vape Elements is located in the Otay Ranch Mall. The area alone is thumbs up. I was surprised that there was even a Vape Shop in Eastlake, so that's a win. Decided to come in to purchase a Vape Stick. The store is very well maintained and appeared to be well stocked and it smells good. I told the counterperson what I was looking for. I didn't want anything super heavy as I had purchased a Mod(another store) a year ago and ended up giving it away. I also wanted a specific shape of tip. She was very nice and as I pointed to different items she was happy to show me them. I was pleased with what I chose and I walked out with a purchase. I would have given 5 stars and the only reason was I wish the counterperson would have pulled out different options for me to view. I feel like I only had one choice and I had pointed to it. It's possible they were new. I'm definitely coming back as it's convenient and they have a large selection of juice. read more

If you are just starting to vape or have been vaping for years now this place has it all!! The staff is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. They have a long list of different types of juices that they will gladly let you try. I just recently picked up a snow wolf and everything and anything I would need I know I can count on elements to have it! Other vape shops I have visited have made me feel uncomfortable and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all but elements do not treat their customers that way. I have read some of the negative reviews about elements and I personally do not agree with them. I highly recommend this place and is worth checking out whether you've been vaping for years or just starting to! Vape Elements is by far the best shop that I have went to and I would not go anywhere else!!! Not only do they have a great staff but they have an abundance amount of awesome products that will meet your vaping needs so I highly recommend checking them out especially if you are in the area since no other shop around compares!!! read more

They have a good selection of juice and mods. Most of the staff is great, Gina and Isaiah will always make you feel welcome and help you find the right juice they are both awesome employees and make the place great. The problem is buying bad products here. No matter what it is you buy MAKE SURE YOU TEST IT FIRST. If you buy ANYTHING here that does not work or is bad be prepared to bite it on your cost. It doesn't matter what it is, it doesn't matter how right you are about it. They will not make it right. Even if you have been a long time customer. Its not really the employees fault, especially if they are like the good ones I mentioned, however at least one of my issues could have been prevented if a certain male employee didnt give me an answer that was BS just to make a sale. My question was asked purely to prevent this happening again, guess what it happened again. Yes, now I am upset enough to say something about it. I am extremely reasonable about these things and have been in the vape scene from way before all these shops started popping up, most places will make it right when they mess up and many will even do the same for those A-holes that are just taking advantage. Whatever the policy is, if you sell a bad product and there is no doubt the customer is not at fault it is Bad Business. Bottom line test it before you walk out the door. This shop is the best you will get in east chula vista and is way better than vapure. Dont let a bad purchase ruin a good thing for you. read more

Visit was 2/23 early evening on my Fiance's Birthday, wanted to get him a gift. I am a business owner myself so I must review this spot. Store looks neat, lots of selection and space but seems but no one really wanted to help us. No "Hello" when we walked into the empty store. We greeted the two low energy young guys who were sitting there at the counter and there was also a girl lounging in a chair on the side, not sure if she worked here. The only guy that even spoke to us was so soft spoken we could barely hear him, he told us that they carry no flavors with Coconut, Cotton Candy, or Bubblegum (Odd to have nothing like these when you have a massive selection in store) he made no attempt to suggest anything else to us, we had to ask for what was popular. He didn't seem at all interested in us being there, providing samples or making a sale. Very strange and off putting experience. Word to the owners, please hire some outgoing, customer service oriented folks to make your store and customer experience amazing. read more
