Visit was 2/23 early evening on my Fiance's Birthday, wanted to get him a gift. I am a business owner myself so I must review this spot. Store looks neat, lots of selection and space but seems but no one really wanted to help us. No "Hello" when we walked into the empty store. We greeted the two low energy young guys who were sitting there at the counter and there was also a girl lounging in a chair on the side, not sure if she worked here. The only guy that even spoke to us was so soft spoken we could barely hear him, he told us that they carry no flavors with Coconut, Cotton Candy, or Bubblegum (Odd to have nothing like these when you have a massive selection in store) he made no attempt to suggest anything else to us, we had to ask for what was popular. He didn't seem at all interested in us being there, providing samples or making a sale. Very strange and off putting experience. Word to the owners, please hire some outgoing, customer service oriented folks to make your store and customer experience amazing. read more

Vape Elements is located in the Otay Ranch Mall. The area alone is thumbs up. I was surprised that there was even a Vape Shop in Eastlake, so that's a win. Decided to come in to purchase a Vape Stick. The store is very well maintained and appeared to be well stocked and it smells good. I told the counterperson what I was looking for. I didn't want anything super heavy as I had purchased a Mod(another store) a year ago and ended up giving it away. I also wanted a specific shape of tip. She was very nice and as I pointed to different items she was happy to show me them. I was pleased with what I chose and I walked out with a purchase. I would have given 5 stars and the only reason was I wish the counterperson would have pulled out different options for me to view. I feel like I only had one choice and I had pointed to it. It's possible they were new. I'm definitely coming back as it's convenient and they have a large selection of juice. read more

I don't know what it is, but the vibe here is always off! Ever since! Even back when they had the small store! This place is always my "last minute, I might as well" m store to get juice. Definitely a good place to come if your in a hurry for juice and or accessories etc. The place is a little over priced if you ask me. But other than that, that's it like other people said the customer service sucks and you get a weird vibe being in there like if your not wanted, like if they don't want to help you, not all are like that but some. Don't know the name of one guy but he was very rude to me and friend making my friend feel like if he was stupid because he is a newbie at vape. Very disrespectful and even laughed at him. He looked young to for sure under 21. So would I recommend this place to anyone, yeah pretty much if your in a hurry and need some stuff asap get in and get out. read more

I love this place! It's really close to my house, very convenient, and they have a huge selection of vape juice to choose from. They also have many colors to choose from for vapes, more than I've ever seen anywhere else! On top of that all the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of different E Liquids. I love the 51.50 Anti Venom and Space Jam Astro flavors. Service was great all questions I had were answered and even let me test the flavors I ended up buying. Good customer service; the employee helped me set up my coils since it was my first time using a mod ever. He took the time to show me how to wrap the coils and add cotton, which I appreciated, so that I can do it on my own next time. A decent handful selection of vape pens and mods. I'll be coming back for juice; good selection to choose from. Like others mentioned, don't let the fact it is a booth fool you; it's more of a bigger space with a hut-like, enclosed structure. read more

I went there with a friend to see what juices and mods came. The customer service was not there. They looked at us and said "hello, do you need help with something." After that there was nothing. They just continued chit chatting and vaping. Most stores would stay with their customers and attend to them til they had left the store. We also asked them if we could try a certain e liquid and on of the reps said "oh, we don't have an open one and we can't actually open it because it is expensive." My question is, how are we going to know that it's going to be good? Also, every vape shop I've been to has testers of all their liquids. Like I said customer service was out the door plus the mods were over priced. I wouldn't recommend this place to other as there are other shops way better than this place. Just because the shop is on a nice location doesn't mean that the customer service is left behind. That's my option. read more
