This is a pretty cool place to checkout just to see their variety of products. The service was cool. Just a heads up, I've been told it's best to expect to pay in cash at this specific location as their debit machine hardly ever works. So be prepared. read more

Pull it together Chula Vista... two cars in the parking lot. Security guard not paying attention at all - laughing at something on their phone; Didn't even look up when I walked by. Checked in with the only friendly human in the building. Went to pick up my order and stood by a register in the store room for a good 5 minutes before anyone even looked at me. Finally someone comes to help me - still didn't greet me. I don't need a welcome party, but it would be nice to feel as though your presence is acknowledged. I drive 20 miles because they have had my product in stock but I'll take the crowds of mission valley any day over this awkward scene. read more

Our daughter was visiting and has difficulty going to sleep and staying asleep. She ordered a few sleepy time products to be picked up. The place is nice, organized, the staff helpful and she liked the first time buyer discount ! She was very happy with her purchases , she felt the prices were very good. read more

Staff is super helpful and friendly my go to spot! I know anytime i go to march and ash it's gonna be an easy process .

I visited to pick up some sleep aid gummy's. Easy and in and out. Friendly service. Cash only! My selection was reasonably priced.

After visiting this shop, I had to leave a review, from the aesthetic to how clean everything is and displayed so openly it made it easy to be able to find exactly what I was looking for, I'll definitely be coming back here when I need my 420 needs. A special thank you to Isaiah for explaining to me the difference between sativa hybrid, and Indica, as well as the effects they take on the body . read more

My got to spot when I'm in the South Bay. Conveniently by the 805 fwy and staff is pretty fast to help check you out if you already know what your looking for or want like I tend to when I walk in. Good selection of Cannabis Community at a decent price point but definitely wish there was more 710labs or Kalya sections. read more

Rude employee closing 30 min early and not letting me in to buy just one item and threatened to kick me out

I've always had friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service at this dispensary. Even the security guards are nice and welcoming so i'm grateful for that especially for newcomers. They also always greet and say goodbye to their customers so I totally feel supported at this place. read more

Very very unprofessional workers at this place! Call for info and got girl who seemed high and very dry. I'll stick with Wellgreens. WG are not rude and care for their customers! WG are also not EXPENSIVE unlike Ash and have better promotions deals. read more

Yes! Finally Chula Vista getting a good Dispensary & March & Ash got 2 now in Chula Vista my fav one is this one on L street. It's nice that now I don't have to drive far away for a good dispensary for my medical & good vibe needs. Parking is good & the customer service great. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable & very helpful, so you rookies out there don't be shy come in & ask questions it's ok they will kindly help you. They also give you coupons for your next visit. No Tax Tuesday! Now that's a genius idea, it's not all brands but most so yes I usually go Tuesday's. My fav brand right now for flower & pre roll ups is Pacific Stone & Grizzly Peak, very good prices & great quality, all of their brands are great quality. They also got great creams for aches & pains for yourself or your Nana, yes I get creams for my nana & her arthritis & it's safe for her. It has THC (you can also get it without) & it don't get her high but it takes the pain away, Papa & Barkley is the brand I get for creams & I use it too for headaches & knee pains & it works. Overall a great dispensary & I'm a fan & so is my NANA so I'll see you soon March & Ash! :) read more

Whodathunk that in the years since the legalization of cannabis shopping for it can be one of the most fun and informative experiences one can undergo. I live in Chula Vista and there are two March and Ash locations near my house: the one on Telegraph Canyon (tucked behind a few medical offices) and the one on East H. Street (across from Discount Tire and more accessible since it's next to a Costco). My preferred location is the one on East H. Street due to its accessibility but both sell the same exact products. There's two sections of the store: a lobby where staff check you in and an enclosed section where the THC goodies are stored. In the lobby you can find non-THC cannabis swag (ie shirts) for sale. After going through ID check wait until they call your name to be let in. The store's neatly organized into the various products based on consumption. I knew for a while that smoking's not the only method of consumption but I didn't know precisely what that entailed until I stepped foot inside the store. For those that know next-to-nothing about THC/cannabis this can be an overwhelming experience. Luckily the staff (also enthusiastic users) can give you a breakdown of the products and as well as give you education about THC/cannabis in general, including what formulation to take based on what you want to get out of your experience. The employees are so enthusiastic the only other place I've seen employees this happy are REI... or any boutique alcohol shop. IMPORTANT NOTE: THC is still federally illegal, so trivial things such as "pay with credit card" aren't allowed, as is "bringing edibles in your carryon". Cash only. Luckily there's an ATM right in the lobby. I'm new to the THC game so I've been consuming low dosage (5mg) edibles to curb anxiety as well as providing a "chill" effect for high-stress work days. So far this is where I purchase the Camino wild berry (5mg THC, indica-like effects) and the midnight blueberry (5mg THC/1mg CBN, my go-to sleep aid). Fun fact: the midnight blueberry edibles are one of the top-selling products in the store for this effect and one of the top-selling sleep aids in CA. I'm slowly getting into the other forms but still not a big fan of smoking in general so maybe I'll primarily stick to the other forms of intake but reserving smoking for social occasions. Other pluses include various deals on products and curbside shopping. On my last visit I got a 10% off coupon for the next visit. read more

I completely understand that when you get a faulty item from an organization, you have to start a return with that company, but I was really disappointed to purchase a Puffco hot knife on December 26 only to find out that it is completely faulty when I got home to use it. I tried to call the store to get information about the issue the next day but no one answered so I drove to the establishment to inform them of the money I wasted only to waste more time with the unhelpful team member. It's frustrating and not the stores fault but they did very little to assist with the wasted time and money. read more

August 3, 2024 right after going from the main desk to the shelves, an employee looked at me and said "there's another kid that the system is taking care of." Two other employees witnessed the remark & verbally corrected him. I'm a disabled veteran, served 8 years, and all I did was walk in. I ignored him for today, but putting this up here was the least I could do. I hope to see that employee again soon and I expect to have a more pleasant interaction. Other than today I've never had a single problem with anybody here. Everyone's always chill (of course they are) even when it's busy. read more

miguel was very helpful and respectful really amazing at what he does. management needs to recognize his hard work.

I presented my MMIC to them thinking they were medical and recreational. They looked at it and said okay. They didn't bother to tell me that they were just recreational until AFTER the purchase. I even told the budtender it should just be excise tax. He says yes. Then I look at the receipt and all the taxes are on there. What a rip off. read more

If I could leave a review with ZERO stars. I absolutely would.. Second fail for this business. I arrived at 9:54 and all was needed was a .5 disposable stizz. If business hours end at 10pm, it should be 10 P M. Also, the second time being treated poorly by one of the young barely post pubescent female staff members. This business cares only for profit, not its customers or good customer service. Seems that many other people feel the same way about your guys' staff and ways of operating a business, as if your customers' money isn't green. Address the attitude and the severe lack of customer service skills. read more

I love March and Ash. Every time I go in there I always leave with a positive experience and this location was no different. The budtender who helped me out was super knowledgable and went the extra mile to help me find the right weed for my needs. Cool people, good humans and the dopest dope. read more

It's cool here but.. only men get stopped by security and searched with a metal detector. Women just walk in and all men are searched. With such a push for equality they shouldn't judge based on gender. I'll gladly update my review if they stop security checks based on gender. read more
