Came across this store on my drive home and decided to stop in for a self care treat. Easily one of the best experiences i've had at a dispensary, the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and kind, DeEdward. He understood what I wanted and directed me beautifully! The selection was also nice. Definitely worth the dollars spent. 10/10 read more

Got this Sinless rosin pen along with a Hashish pen a couple days ago. When it came time to bust open the sinless it seemed to already be done. Is this what a 1g of live rosin suppose to look like? Had it sitting in a cool place on the shelf for only a couple days. Budtender pushed it as being kept to the side for being the last of its kind too. Really sketchy stuff tbh read more

Went in today to buy two different gummy types under the wild brand Boysenberry and Huckleberry. I had mistakenly purchased the Huckleberry as a setiva style cannabis gummy. I never left the counter and asked to exchange it for the blood orange less that thirty sec9nds after the money exchanged And the sales clerk, Mary, just said all sales are final and couldn't do it. Additionally, I felt like she never even gave me the 20% off for the Monday special. It was the same price as my exchange two weeks ago on a Thursday. Sorry Mary, you were kinda being a cold hearted "B". 12/22/2025 read more

Love this dispensary, so many options to choose from. Highly recommend! Mari is wonderful.

California Holistics has a nice, clean location with a great selection of products, which is why I've continued coming back. However, there are some customer service and training issues that really impacted my experience. I've visited about five times, and I spent over $100 on each visit. Not once did anyone mention that there was a loyalty rewards program where customers can earn points. It wasn't until my most recent visit that an employee, D , asked if I was signed up. When I told him no, he signed me up, but it was frustrating to realize I had missed out on rewards from all of my previous purchases because no one had ever informed me the program existed. Unfortunately, my interactions with D Ward haven't been the best either. He was actually the first employee who ever checked me out, and the experience took so long that I was given a complimentary blunt because of the wait. Since then, every interaction with him has felt very dry, and unwelcoming. Idk maybe he was high.Good customer service goes a long way, especially for returning customers. read more

recently started going here after a bad experience at March and Ash (down the street) and have not gone back there since. The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. I have a set budget and like certain strains and they always make it happen. A special shoutout to Mary, who has gone above and beyond in making me feel welcomed and a valued customer. Another good find on a South Bay Dispensary. You can never have enough good dispensaries to go to & luckily for me Chula Vista hit gold with another one. The main thing that caught my eye here was the customer service, wow, the best I've had at any dispensary I've been too even the ghetto ones that basically have strippers trying to sell you weed as they flirt with you & smell like shame. Here it is very professional & the 3 times I went I was taken care of by Alex & Anthony. The knowledge these 2 guys have of everything in the store was amazing! Felt like I was talking to a doctor when I asked about things I needed for certain situations, they had a good explanation & answer for all my questions & great advice. Alex patience with me & my questions was great & he was very friendly & attentive. They have good selections in not only Flower, Tinctures & Edibles but also in lotions, creams, oils for aches & arthritis & that's why I mainly come here & will continue to come here. So come & get a jar for your Nana & help her out with that arthritis & maybe she'll make you some menudo after you smoke one of their great joints from here. Also they they have a Chili's Restaurant next door, perfect combo! So buy some flower smoke a bowl in your car & walk over next door & get some wings & enchilada soup (delicious soup especially when your high) & have your designated driver drive you home make sure you buy them wings too. Thank you California Holistic for coming to Chula Vista, keep up the great customer service & see you guys soon! :) read more

Services from kyra was amazing but it was on the higher end.nice presentation. not much of a selection in bud.

Don't bother going here. The checkin girl was high as a kite. Customer service was horrible. This was my first and last visit. Another thing is this place does not give u anything on your first visit. Maybe they forgot bc they were all high as a hot air balloon. At least it appears their products works very well. read more

Came in today looking for something to help relax and I met this great bud tender named Ed. He was really friendly and knowledgeable, was able to explain to me and my nephew all the differences between different brands as well as gave some great recommendations for our specific needs. I recommend coming down just to meet him and have a conversation lol. Great service, great recommendations, great guy. Definitely coming more often. read more

I went in because I heard a lot of good things but when I tell you I went in and they didn't really know anything... The Budtenders even told me they didn't know anything. I've been in the industry for about two years and I knew what brands I like and which top shelf is good and which is mid. I went in asked for herb and edibles and the girl was tryna sell me on some bunk stuff. At the end of it she was tryna sell me $140 for half oz & 1x edibles and I couldn't do it. Idk if it was the taxes or the pricing on the herb. Went to march and ash down the street and got half oz (premium flower), 2x edibles & 2x presidential moon rock pre rolls all for $97.... Idddkkkkkk C.H needs to educate they people to step they up... js. read more

Came here 5/24 around 6:30 for a pickup order and my friend wanted to come in it was her first time so she bought some stuff and was getting helped by one of the two girls that was working was super helpful. On my end I mentioned to the other worker that I was there for a pickup and proceeded to tell her my name so I can pick up the order and she ignored me... this is the first time I experienced that at this location didn't get her name but she looked Asian. So disappointed I felt awkward because I know she heard me I was standing right in front of her and she decided to ignore me looking at the register. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. My friend mentioned she heard me ask for my order and she noticed she ignored me too. She seems annoyed to be there. read more

Ed. What a gem they have with Ed. I can't sing his praises enough. He was so kind, gracious, and most importantly, informational. He gave us a lot of context and background for all strains and dispensaries we were interested in buying. He also listened when we talked about what we liked and didn't like and offered phenomenal choices for us to choose from. He then went over and beyond and just offered us quality advice on what pieces to buy even though he wouldn't profit from the sale because their company didn't sell it. He just genuinely wanted us to enjoy the cannabis we bought, and I greatly appreciate him. Not only was the customer service phenomenal but the weed was pretty dang amazing as well. They had a wonderful selection with plenty of options!! 10/10 will be returning every time we visit! read more

Went to check this dispensary out with my dad and was warmly greeted by a young lady named Gloria! She was absolutely amazing took her time explained all the products and any questions and we had a lot. She offered and showed us so many different products and was so nice and patient. i've been in here 3 times now and if you know dispensaries the more they see you the less help you get but here it's the same treatment everytime knowledgeable and helpful theyve gotten it right each time it is a lil more on the expensive end but the place is clean staff is helpful they don't rush you and maricella knows her stuff i'll keep coming back read more

Got talked into trying an infused preroll by the man behind the counter. Think they were called canvas, or something close to that. He couldn't hype it enough. A bit steep at $35 for one, but I was willing to trust. Big mistake. First feeling when seeing it was disappointment. It was small. Very small. And it was tight. So tight it was hard to draw. Best part of it was that it did get me a little high, so it wasn't a complete loss. Just not $35 high. Better price and experience sticking with Cavi Cones. read more

Went in with my wife after we had a date night at chili's across the way. We were screened as at any other legit dispensary and were greeted by Kyra, who welcomed us very quickly and very welcoming. We told her it was our first time visiting and she told us about the many perks about the store including the "happy hour" times and the various specials along with a first time visitor special! She took our ID's and we were quickly on our way! The entire staff were amazing and they answered any questions we had. We both knew what kind of edibles we wanted (especially for sleeping and chronic pain) and we were shown many choices to choose from. We got a lot of great items and because we were there during happy hours we got a nice 20% off of entire purchase along with some nice 1¢ items I definitely will return and hope we have Kyra greet us at the door once again! Great location also as my wife an I can get dinner an drinks a few yards away and then get our 4/20 goodies before heading home read more

Immediately walking in, I was greeted with a very welcoming and polite individual by the name of Ed. Throughout the entire interaction I felt both considerably taken care of and in good hands when it came to any and all of my questions. I came in there with a budget and Ed was able to pin point exactly what I was looking for and blew my expectations out of the waters. The strains he recommended were both helpful and priced at a range where I could get the most for my buck! It goes without saying I was satisfied with my transaction and intend to continue doing business with California Holistics exclusively. Speaking on just the location alone, I was impressed with how spacious the venue was. The atmosphere carried a really open and accepting vibe with budtenders that were polite every visit and as well as held the best customer service I've seen yet. If you're looking for a dispensary that will both leave you smiling on the way out AND satisfy your budget, time, and consumer interest then THIS IS THE SPOT! They also have daily deals and are very generous to their first time patients. I enjoyed how knowledgeable the team was when it came to the topic of clones, seeds, and growing since I've recently became interested in it. This dispensary may be new but it has already left a long lasting impression on me personally! read more
