Almost walked out on my pre order because two of the three people behind the counter were unaware of the sales offered and a gentleman with a black shirt treated me like I was an absolute idiot. Thankfully, the third person behind the counter said she could help as soon as she was done with her current customer. She did help. She was clearly the more knowledgeable one, the first one who helped me may have been newish, but the man who told me "depends on the company" made absolutely no sense with his answer and apparently isn't even a bud tender. Their Top Shelf options are very limited which WITH it being such a nice place that was very unexpected. Also you get 20% off as a first time customer but you are not able to use any of the promo deals or specials in addition to your new customer discount.
