Almost walked out on my pre order because two of the three people behind the counter were unaware of the sales offered and a gentleman with a black shirt treated me like I was an absolute idiot. Thankfully, the third person behind the counter said she could help as soon as she was done with her current customer. She did help. She was clearly the more knowledgeable one, the first one who helped me may have been newish, but the man who told me "depends on the company" made absolutely no sense with his answer and apparently isn't even a bud tender. Part of being a successful budtender involves listening and storytelling; especially in the case of customers who are new to cannabis, but grasshopper budtender can not really inform what people purchase based on their knowledge/experience with the products. Only been once so far but we had a really great experience! The location is easy to find w GPS; they have their own parking lot which can be a little tight but we all made it fine; and it's fresh and trendy looking. There was a bit of a line when we arrived and a friendly gal came and checked us all in; we ordered online so we were able to use the express pickup window too so that was cool. When we got back to the car we realized we had ordered the wrong thing thinking it was something else (totally our bad) and when we took it back in they hooked it up so we were all good!
