Really bad service. The bud tenders rush you and want to do things their way no patience. Then purposefully be rude when you don't want any of their advice. Left me unattended after. Don't know what this guys deal was i dont care how much you know about weed. This is exactly the reason I stopped coming good products bad customer service. It feels like this place went corporate recently. They changed the discount process so now you can only get one discount at a time, even if you want to use your points. It's a shame the owners got greedy. The prices were amazing! They also changed their payment system & now you can't use Apple Pay. Even the associates seem less happy. They used to be so friendly! Then they moved the cashier to a counter with a bright light on it, the walls are bare, it feels like I'm walking into a dentist office. Arrived early for special. I was informed that store was 40 % off. I chose a product that had price of 83.60. When tender rang up price it rose to 119.56. When questioned about price, tender brought over Vincent. At that point I felt bullied, belittled, and at times he was confrontational. His explanation did not make any sense and I felt scammed.
