My go to dispensary when in town, although I wish they would cycle through more brands or products but you can always find a good hitting classic. Lady's are always super nice, a name I sure remember is Rosalina she always greets me with a smile and informs me of current deals or new flower I haven't tried. Prices are fair but we all wish weed was cheaper. Will always keep coming back! read more

Only been once so far but we had a really great experience! The location is easy to find w GPS; they have their own parking lot which can be a little tight but we all made it fine; and it's fresh and trendy looking. There was a bit of a line when we arrived and a friendly gal came and checked us all in; we ordered online so we were able to use the express pickup window too so that was cool. When we got back to the car we realized we had ordered the wrong thing thinking it was something else (totally our bad) and when we took it back in they hooked it up so we were all good! The express window gal was super sweet and helpful and so was the receptionist. So great overall experience, would recommend and we will definitely be going back. read more

Delivery services are always so convenient and Mexi was very pleasant and accommodating to my schedule - thank you

Very unprofessional, very rude, like the girl didn't even want to be there or sell or even help me, who ever helped me clearly lacks experience, I let them know what I was looking for and they tried to sell me something else and down sell me - like i was coming to spend, very limited brand options, i have heard about the reputation on the store i guess it is true, i can see that girls are only hired here for one sole purpose, and experience is not one of it, reading other comments above i wouldn't doubt they give exchange something else to management , i would not support this business, spend your money at March and Ash better, they know professionalism read more

If you order delivery they are super quick have cash ready . The delivery is faster than waiting in line at the store front . read more

Rude and dishonest customer service. Never shopping here again. The boulevard and wellgreens in lemon grove take care of their customers. Grasshopper acts like that plug that's always on their own time and never consistent with the price and product. read more

So I hardly order from Weedmaps and so I thought I'd give it a try today just because I was extremely tired after work and did not want to drive anywhere else; and to my surprise, there was only a 3.99 delivery fee for grasshopper and I said heck yeah! So I went ahead and place an order and silly me didn't realize I had to put the wrong address. So I had to call the store and dispatcher Lyzette was amazing and helped me change the address to the right one! So fast and simple. so thank you so much for your help you're the best read more

Just left the store. The bud tender was very nice and knowledgeable. However, I purchased three items that were supposed to be 30% off each. After reading many reviews about budtenders not applying discounts or claiming they couldn't, I wanted to do a little test. So I asked the bud tender how much each item was after the discount. She told me the prices and they were the same as they are listed online pre-discount. I just pretended like everything was fine and I believed her. ROSE or ROSA whatever your name was, you didn't fool me. This was only my second time here and I will definitely NOT BE RETURNING. Why list deals online if you're not gonna honor them in store? Oh, it's to get customers (who you think are STUPID) in your horrible establishment got it! read more

Grasshopper has the best prices, Supreme customer service & extremely well delivery service. They deserve 10 STARS! I will recommend everyone to Grasshopper. read more

Tanner is amazing. Made sure I got everything I needed. I didn't even realize there was a special but they made sure to include it. Always go here. The only store that prices fairly and gives you what you pay for and then some. The freebies I get here aren't leftover garb. It's good stuff. Plus sometimes I get coffee for free just for doing what I'd normally do. They care about the guest here. read more

If you want the "visiting someone in jail" experience, this is the place for you. After giving them too many chances. Just the facts: 2-3 armed guards of questionable qualifications/knowledge/experience, order you around like you're a criminal, budtenders treat you like a burden. They round your total to the next dollar amount, and that's not an optional tip, or an option period, they just take it from you. The ATM inside will charge you $4.00 to use it. The prices are outrageous and they WILL (every time) treat you like a waste of their time for even asking about something that costs less than 60 an 8th, or a concentrate that happens to not be the garbage they've been told to push. Go anywhere else, literally... and remember, not everyone out here, is here to help.(especially these jokers). read more

Arty was amazing!! Fast delivery, excellent prices and unbelievable deals. Plus another 20 percent off for first timers. This is the go to place. read more

What a bummer. This is multiple times now that it is apparent the budtenders are trained in upselling. After asking for an eighth of indica in the $25-$30 range. I get shown 2 hybrids. After finding an indica, dude gives me a "friend" discount. $39. . Wtf. More like "fuck you" discount. I paid and left because I already had to wait 15 minutes for the numb nuts ahead of me to use the atm. Yeah, it's cash only numb nuts. Lol. Bummer what capitalism has done to marijuana. I'm going back to SDRC. Low pressure sales. read more

Been here 3 times and left without what i came in for every single time. Dont expect to buy anything from the specials for the day, as i promise its all going to be sold out before you even arrive. Line is also always long as they only let like 3 people in at a time for some unexplainable reason. Budtenders are unknowledgeable as well. read more

First time visiting and the service was great. Being disabled I didn't have to wait in line, I was allowed in ahead of everyone else. From what I saw their selection was big and as for value they are all about the same price. read more

Hello management I was there tonight but left very disappointed I have never left any comment good or bad I'm 58 years old I went inside and I asked that I wanted this item that was on special for 21.50 she went to get it but she came back and told be that she didn't have that one but had this other one I said fine as long if it the Same price she said yes so I handed her a 50 dollar bill and she gave 18:00 dollars back I told her hey you short handed me money She then proceeded to tell me that it was more expensive She not once told me the price difference.I told them that I will like my money back they told me no it was store policy I did tell her that she is a horrible customer service person.Grasshopper please fix this it's bad business. read more

I went there for the first time and the lady forgot to give me my 20% off discount which is fine because that was a mistake on both of our parts but then I went a second time after the lady told me that since I didn't use it the first time I could still use it and then I told the guy about it in advance to make sure he gave it to me and then I still didn't get it so I don't think I'm gonna be going back because you can't do a simple task but the staff is super nice read more

The budtender said I could not receive the online deal, during the transaction I felt something bad in my intuition, I went and asked the other budtenders and they said "yes I can save the 70$ with the deal." I looked back and my original budtender who said "I was taught that you could not get the deal" and that "the computer system would not allow to give me that deal." I was able to be provided with the deal from the other budtenders thankfully. I looked back and my original budtender gave me a huge smirk. I was deep in thought when I left, we all have experienced questionable actions from others, and although I would not accuse anybody I've had other experiences where people want to trick me for no reason at all besides who I am as a person. I listed a good rating because the potency of product at GH is not to deny. Surely budtenders cannot be held accountable for all when some persons are doing a great job with providing high potent products for people that are looking for the best of the best. Also some of the budtenders are very cool and great at providing significant deals and reliable product. read more

I told them I could not do thc I needed Cbd only I waited 2 hrs for my delivery they gave me thc pils !! Then I called saying if I could come in and exchange it as I work at 4am they said no, as well as they said I had to wait to delivery service all again DONT ORDER FROM THEM read more

I used to be a loyal customer here, until tonight. I walked in to use the ATM to get cash. so I could buy some stuff, the lady signed me in at the front and said go ahead and use the ATM. I walked over to go to the ATM and the security said I couldn't use the ATM unless I placed an online order, so I walked back to my car placed my online order with their not user friendly online store that just requires a lot more work. then once completed I walked back to the door and they literally locked it in my face. and said they were closed! is this some kind of joke on top of it all the last 3 times I have gone here their bud has been dry. so thanks but no thanks. read more

Wanted to try out a dispensary for the first time. Had my 4 month old with me. Found out by security that no kids are allowed in by law. Security was cool enough to watch my kid sleep in front of the building off property. Then the workers start gossiping about "Who just left their kid on the sidewalk". I walked out and tried to tip the security guard, but he couldn't accept. Security is professional and courteous, the budtenders... no so much. First and last time here. read more

I actually really liked their delivery service prior to this incident. Never had an issue until today. So I recently purchased their special 5 cartridges of big chief for 100. I got two bad cartridges and they said they only return within 24 hours. I didn't open them cause I didn't plan on smoking them all within 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Not asking for money back just to replace the bad cartridges. read more

One girl that works here is very rude to me every time I go. I was a regular for a while, and I had lost my Id in an unfortunate situation. I had several pictures of my id, but this girl turned me away even though I knew I was in their system and she knew I was of age. ALL of the other employees had no issue letting me shop there but she was very condescending and rude every time. I even brought an alternate ID and she refused and treated me like an idiot. False advertisement for sure. Literally, huge banner at the top of their web page says 40% off all Stiiizy products. Order 6 grams, chick tries to charge me full price. I say no, they're 40% off she says that was Thursday. I pull up the web page and it says weekly deal, she goes " yeah, I don't know why it says that." She then tells me they are 30% off tomorrow. Lol, I asked her to apply that discount now because I'm here and I drove all the way, but no dice. This place sucks so bad. No stars read more
