Wellgreens - If you want quality and great prices + amazing folks this place is for you. Shoutout to Pedro for helping us every time we come - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Chula Vista, California

Order online and you will get the bait and switch, not once or twice but 3 times. The strains in store aren't listed online and strains listed online aren't in the store. Worse yet the employees will try to make you feel like you're making some kind of mistake instead of addressing the problem. If you like things at face value and a dispensary that takes care of their customers look elsewhere this store is poorly mismanaged. read more

Had me waiting in line for 8 minutes then told me I was a few minutes past their discount for early bird. Its like Cmon lol that is so lame! I know you know it is. Sadly, That also cost her the tip. Didn't even have much product either so imma give this place one star. Was in there and checked in well before the cut off time. Total visits: 3 Wont be returning. read more

I went to buy indica to sleep. The girl rings me up and accidentally charged me 10$ instead of 5$ for the pipe I bought. I go back and the manager reminds up my purchase and tells me that she gave me too much a discount and they don't owe me anything. Will never ever ever come back. Not to mention they were ridiculously expensive read more

Natalia at the front desk was very friendly and nice checking in. I alwa have a great experience when I come here.

I went in a bit of a rush before work on wednesday 3pm and the customer service from the security and receptionist was so slow that it felt like I wasn't welcome. read more

Love this place. Staff is very friendly. Some of the best prices I've seen at a dispensary and I've been all over town. I always find what I need at this spot! read more

This is my go - to dispensary. The staff is always so nice and they have amazing sales. I went in today to learn that the store is not closed on Christmas - how sad! I know we all need our green but geez, give the staff the day off!!!! read more

Never ever have anything good in stock. Super over priced. They have one cart for $25 never ever is in stock. Super limited selection across the entire store. More off brands than name brands. Next option is a $40 cart. A dispensary is to serve the medicinal needs of the community. But these for profits run them like they have investors to adhere to. Don't waste your time with Chula Vista they all rip you off. Go to catalyst dispensary in Poway Mira Mesa area. They are super stacked with selection and work with the city to avoid raising taxes. Chula Vista dispensaries only work as tax collectors. read more

Love this place always good deals and high end green plus staff are very helpful appreciate them big ups to the owner aswell keeping it the best dispo in SD read more

Again.... Disappointed beyond belief... card machine is down... 6$ for venmo because your card machine doesnt work?! INSANE

They are the only Wellgreens out of 10 that scams on your first time deal 0/10 stars they said it's 50% off but it's not it's 50% a way higher than advertised price so it completely makes the FTP not worth it might as well just do a daily special scam read more

Thank you Melina for helping me pick the right product for my post chemo side effects, I appreciate you taking the time to explain what products will work for me, I value you opinion and friendly approach great customer service read more

It feels like this place went corporate recently. They changed the discount process so now you can only get one discount at a time, even if you want to use your points. It's a shame the owners got greedy. The prices were amazing! They also changed their payment system & now you can't use Apple Pay. Even the associates seem less happy. They used to be so friendly! Then they moved the cashier to a counter with a bright light on it, the walls are bare, it feels like I'm walking into a dentist office. Rethink your discount process before it's too late & you lose all your customers & go bankrupt! read more

Really bad service. The bud tenders rush you and want to do things their way no patience. Then purposefully be rude when you don't want any of their advice. Left me unattended after. Don't know what this guys deal was i dont care how much you know about weed. This is exactly the reason I stopped coming good products bad customer service. My best advice to the store teach your employees to learn when a customer wants help and when they dont. Stop pressuring us. Sure he didn't mean no harm but very much ruined my visit. Hands down the best dispensary in the South Bay! The people there treat you like family and are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Thank you! WG CV read more

Arrived early for special. I was informed that store was 40 % off. I chose a product that had price of 83.60. When tender rang up price it rose to 119.56. When questioned about price, tender brought over Vincent. At that point I felt bullied, belittled, and at times he was confrontational. His explanation did not make any sense and I felt scammed. Even upon departure he was sarcastic with me and did not make me feel welcomed at all. read more

Service. Employees mess around too much which is wtv it's a weed place lmao but they are too comfortable harassing customers and berating them. When they're chill they're chill. When they're not they find ways to belittle you even if indirectly. Like they operate over such a high horse. Especially Mariah. read more

Great spot! Casey is amazing. Awesome deals. Definitely stop by. We came in not knowing what we wanted and left with some awesome goodies.

Great quality products but the service from the girl bud tenders is trash. Getting them to give you eye contact is nearly impossible. I was hoping to get some help finding what I was looking for but instead I got dry dead end responses. I left feeling a bit embarrassed to even ask for help.. read more

Davina is a super helpfull saleswomen she is just the right mix of down to earth yet super professional! If I was her mom I would be very proud someday she should do make up she always looks flawless! Sending props your way Davina she's gave me such a good deal by the time I got to my car to leave I turned around and came back for more! Wellgreens does a great job hiring the right people! read more

The best shop in town... hands down. High quality across all shelves. Even more important in my opinion, the KINDEST bud-tenders I've come across. Sometimes the way you get treated is more crucial than what you're there for, and if you appreciate the rarity of real people who care, this is the shop for you. Every one of the employees here are stellar, truly, the guard, tenders, everyone. Today, Leo went above and beyond and really turned my day around for the better. I can't speak highly enough about HOC and their employees. read more

Everybody was nice from the moment we got there. Security guard was very welcoming and inviting and the bud tender was very knowledgeable and polite. We will be back!! read more

I never write reviews but I had such a great experience with Michelle I had to leave her a review! I couldn't decide which brand to get my boyfriend but Michelle took her time and explained what was special about each brand. Thanks to her my man and I got some fire! Thank you Michelle! read more

This was my first time in this place and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The security, the budtender, the check in guy. I asked a few questions and were answers with kindness and helpful. Got a deal for being a first customer and will come back for more. Sometimes kindness in a place where people have lots of questions always is top choice! read more

My grandpa recommended this place for their deals and great customer service. Best dispensary I have been to. I was helped by Leo, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. read more
