You never once offered me anything other than a greenhouse sativa to replace it with.... I have all the proof of the "story" you claim I'm making up and of your immediate accusations without even bothering to talk to me directly nor ask me my side all below. I'm writing this review to explain everything that I was hoping for the amount of money I was paying would be anywhere near as high quality as I was expecting, but OH BOY, was I wrong... Also reading other reviews on here I am thoroughly disgusted with the way the owner Johnathon responds The selection wasn't large but it was decent enough. I ran into several problems in their deals section where they noted 4 or 5 different churro deals... all conflicting with each other almost. 3 for 100 or 4 for 180 when they usually charge 50 bucks each anyways (Made me tilt my head in confusion) I ordered Buy 2 churros blunts for $100, A Vape Cartridge for $35 I believe and an 1/4 of Girl Scout Cookies... This is where the problems begin... I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional behavior and awful business practices in my life.... So I communicated back and forth with someone that works(I assume) in a different location with how they were talking about having seperate locations. I asked the person to have the delivery person call me or text me to let me know they are on their way so I can make sure I'm prepared.... Didn't hear anything until all of a sudden I get a text and a call that the guy is here... so I hurried up and ran outside to meet the driver. Then the driver proceeds to explain to me that they only had 1 of the churro blunts and that they substituted that extra churros with Fire Crackers (House joints, packed loose as hell half of the tube was empty) but everything else was in the bag including the mini churro as a gift for spending 180 dollars with them. I went inside, pulled everything out.... And looked at the flower and my mouth almost sank to the floor... the pictures they have on their website DEFINITELY do not match what I received at all. I have grown this strain with family back at home the scent and the appearance, were a no go for me. I weighed it up and surprisingly whether it was short or over, luckily it was only short by like .2 grams. Not a big deal, if the majority of what I was looking at wasn't primarily stems with overly dried homegrown flower. The money handling was a little awkward because they have you send the money to the drivers personal cash app if you choose that payment source and you're sending it a non-business account which is actually against the law, btw.. the driver tells me it's 184, but tips are really appreciated, mind you this is after he tells me that he didn't care enough to call me, before he left and ask if I still wanted to churros or not and nor did I even get offered a replacement or a refund and just chose himself to give me the "Firecrackers" instead which 5 of them cost $35 dollars the churros cost $50 for 1. I sent 185 because I was not impressed and the driver looks at what I sent and then goes "Man, what? No tip come on man" and then throws and attitude. I chuckled and he handled me the bag after a few awkward seconds. And then he drove off So I contacted the company and the guy who I talked to was extremely friendly. He immediately told me the driver replacing the churro with the firecrackers was not right and that he would have the driver bring me an exchange for the flower and firecrackers, and that the same driver would be coming through, I expressed that I just don't want their to be any problems cause he gave me attitude when I sent the money, and assured me there would not be any problems. The driver came and exchanged what I had for what he had and no words were exchanged. I go inside to look, and I was pissed... I loved the replacement for the firecrackers, which was a disposable vape, (Yummy), and another what was supposed to be 1/4 of different flower.... Instead I got the same exact strain/batch and I was more than 1 gram short on the flower I received the 2nd time. I contacted them again and at that time they were closed... attached are the conversations that I received from an employee for this company through what's app accusing me of verbally assaulting the driver to where they ended up quitting their job because it gave them too much anxiety.... Bullshit story..... I mean if it were my company that employed would've been fired on the spot, if it was the owner then this company is surely doomed to fail as long as whoever it was works there. I was told shortly after by the General Manager Jackie to request a refund and she would have the driver refund me my money and would follow up with me in the morning (7/13/24). Never heard a word from anyone and my refund request is still pending.

At first, everything was going well. The employee helping me, Andrea ( the manager ) was polite and knowledgeable while assisting with an issue involving a previous purchase. I ended up buying additional items, and after checking out I even left a $5 tip because I appreciated the help. The problem started when I asked to use reward points. I was told I didn't have any available, but my partner did. After providing his information, the points were confirmed to be there, but I was told they couldn't be applied because he wasn't physically present. While I understand policies exist, this became frustrating because we share the account and shop there together regularly. At that point, I asked if I could simply return the items I had literally purchased only minutes earlier so I could place the order online instead. I was told there were absolutely no returns allowed, even though the transaction had just happened. I left feeling upset and realized shortly afterward that I had accidentally left my wallet behind. When I returned to retrieve it, I could clearly tell staff were discussing the situation. Feeling frustrated and disappointed with how everything had been handled, I took back the $5 tip I had placed in the jar moments earlier. Andrea then called me a thief in front of others, despite the fact that it was my own money I had just tipped. What makes this especially disappointing is that I've supported this company for years and never expected to be treated this way. One bad interaction can really change how a longtime customer feels, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression.  I have reached out to the company with no success.
