Let's be clear: it wasn't just the gummies that I was overcharged for. I was overcharged for the entire order, probably by about $100. I know this because I get the same thing, or roughly the same thing, almost every time and have for years. However, after thinking about it, this was really the only bad experience I've ever had at your place, so I decided to go back. This time, it was very pleasant, just like it always had been before. I think I've made my point, and I would have given you four stars before this incident, so I'm going to return to that rating for now, at least. Thanks for listening. read more

So I returned to Urbn Leaf after I was told they completely revamped their store. It's now like a market, shelves with open product & great deals if you become a member. And You get a "goody bag" on certain days. No judgments, no attitude, just cool people waiting to assist you. Plenty of parking. read more

Friendly and knowledgable budtenders, great selection, awesome rewards, and the store is relatively small which makes it a more chill experience than larger dispensaries. read more

Best in the area super amazing prices. The prerolls are high quality and perfect. The service is excellent and always very nice

I've been a loyal customer of Urbn Leaf for years and usually have really good experiences ordering online. Unfortunately, my recent in-store visit completely changed my opinion. At first, everything was going well. The employee helping me, Andrea ( the manager ) was polite and knowledgeable while assisting with an issue involving a previous purchase. I ended up buying additional items, and after checking out I even left a $5 tip because I appreciated the help. The problem started when I asked to use reward points. I was told I didn't have any available, but my partner did. After providing his information, the points were confirmed to be there, but I was told they couldn't be applied because he wasn't physically present. While I understand policies exist, this became frustrating because we share the account and shop there together regularly. At that point, I asked if I could simply return the items I had literally purchased only minutes earlier so I could place the order online instead. I was told there were absolutely no returns allowed, even though the transaction had just happened. I left feeling upset and realized shortly afterward that I had accidentally left my wallet behind. When I returned to retrieve it, I could clearly tell staff were discussing the situation. Feeling frustrated and disappointed with how everything had been handled, I took back the $5 tip I had placed in the jar moments earlier. Andrea then called me a thief in front of others, despite the fact that it was my own money I had just tipped. What makes this especially disappointing is that I've supported this company for years and never expected to be treated this way. One bad interaction can really change how a longtime customer feels, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression. read more

This is the absolute worst dispensary I have ever been to in San Diego (and I have been to over 10 of them). My first time here today unfortunately, the security guard was super rude at the front and once I pulled some money and walked in, I was wondering off alone for minutes, no one bothered to check up on me or help me whatsoever. There were no prices shown for the products anywhere either. Didn't buy anything, walked out and I'm never coming back! Fuck this place. read more

Update: Issue has been resolved by Urbn Leaf. My husband bought a "membership" for 75 dollars for six months. The membership includes a free bag once a month. However, there is a lot of miscommunication as to when these bags are ready. Went in once to collect his bag and was told it would be ready closer to Christmas. Went today only to find out they gave them all away on Christmas day. Communication regarding the freebie is non-existent. Really disappointed and kinda feels like a bit of a rip off. read more

So incredibly weird you can't smell the flower before buying it. March & Ash in Mission Valley you can. I go there all the time. I happen to pop by here cuz it's closer to my house. I don't love the set up here and it's not very welcoming. Team March & Ash! read more

The security guard here should not have a job. Fix your hours if you're not open when you say you're open, or if you close early, have the courtesy to apologize to your customers or inform them. Security guard ignored me and 3 other customers, before closing mind you, and locked us out at the door without saying a word. Simply asked "are you guys still open?", then door slammed in my face, locked, all while the guard stared daggers at me. Cool. read more

My bud tender Alex was exceptional and trying to meet my needs. He was young, but he was very thorough. I highly recommend urban leaf and Bud tender Alex. read more

Miserable experience. They intentionally mislead customers by having more DEALS than their own employees can keep up with. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out my order just to find out I could have got it cheaper had the bud tender offered the deal. Online deals are different than in store, but the in store menu is their menu on your phone - SHOWING DIFFERENT PRICING. This store is operationally a mess and all they do is SELL SELL SELL. The second you walk in, before you offer your ID, you're bombarded by a vendor trying to hustle their brand. Dude, I'm just trying to walk in the store, take a step back and chill out. This place sucks. read more

I have my MMIC card (issued & registered) with the State of California in SD. In short, I received an email for a special for medical only specials. I called and they said that they can't verify it and need to see it. Um, simply go to https://mmic.cdph.ca.gov/MMIC_Search.aspx and type in MMIC card # on back of ID. Done! The guy in the background seemed too busy to help the girl on the phone, who was great. Off to my 'go to' - Marsch & Ash. Genius, their website has you enter in your MMIC card and it's instantly validated. If you do have an MMIC don't fall for their tax free Tuesday; they mask the 'savings' by marking up the product to make up for waiving the retail tax. Seems shady to me at least. Keep it Classy San Diego! read more

I don't know why this place have a bad review, very professional here. Plenty of selections online easy to use. Value are decent loads of sale, and discounts. I ordered some product online for tomorrow deliver and they give an option on what time is good for them to drop the product off. They also give you a text and phone call to confirm your order and where you live to make sure they got the right addresses. There was a nice young lady that delivered to me super kool and sweet. Will diffidently make more orders here in near future. Oh and all of the product were pretty fresh! read more

I'd give zero stars if i could. I ordered a delivery at 9 AM and still didn't have it by 1pm. I called and tried to get an update on my order but they just kept pushing the time back and when i called they told me it was my fault for not answering the phone when they had my incorrect phone number. Shitty service. I used to be a regular customer but not going back anymore. read more

Visited this location less than 10 minutes before they closed, and none of the staff were annoyed! We are from out of town, so I just ran in and grabbed what I usually get and checked out. The guy who helped me was extremely nice and easy to talk to. Huge plus and a big surprise was getting a discount for being a first time customer. Just a heads up, they had a sign on the door saying "CASH ONLY". read more

I bought over $300 worth of flower and somehow... the "budtender" didn't put all of my flower into my bag!? Before closing it and handing it to me. Take your business elsewhere, unless you are looking to be ignored and have two other people, that came after me, before yourself. I can see why the 3.8 matches with how they operate. It's all about being aware and having proper etiquette. Who cares if the person behind me is a regular. This place needs a training session on basic customer service or the continuous piss poor customer service will continue. Good day read more

Was visiting Cali from out of town for a family reunion and decided to stop by this shop really fast before going. I'm a new smoker so I wasn't sure exactly what to get but everyone was SO HELPFUL! One of the associates (an older gentleman) was patient with me and my questions and got me exactly what I needed. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to ANYONE. Price wasn't too bad either! read more

This is my first bad Yelp review ever. I never ever ever wanted to be this guy. Super sad wanted to support. But they bait and switched and tried to make the consumer feel wrong. Urban has always been overpriced, but convenient I will get them that. I'm not a frequent patron, but I will dabble once in awhile. I bought 1g of stizzy under the impression it was a "disposable" opened the box and it was not. Bummed out I drove all the way back. Only to hear from the manager "well the green boxes are disposable and the white boxes are the blah blah... and YOU SHOULD KNOW FOR FUTURE REFERENCE." Which I thought was shocking considering a good majority of their revenue comes from people on vacation out of state. (Who would know that??) But luckily he sold me two .5 stizzy disposables = 1 gram for a nominal $20 extra dollars. I honestly use weed once in a awhile. However, that was not good business. Please take your business to KLOVER just a mile or two away. Out the door pricing and no BS. All said and done 1 gram of stizzy cost me $100, an hour of my time, and terrible service. You guys are embarrassing for the industry. read more

Usually I love this dispo but I'm very frustrated with the service I received today. I purchased a half full vape pen today and when I called I spoke to Andy who told me to come in and get it replaced. I drove back over there for the second time just to not be able to speak to Andy (lunch break) and whoever helped me was rude and gaslit me saying it was full and I could not get a replacement.
