You don't get boutique prices at Pakalolo Sunshine. You get fair-prices products, combined with daily deals that target specific wants on specific days: Are you a plant user? Order on Tuesday's for $10 grams for private reserve bud. Are you an extract dabber? Order Wednesday for the buy-3-grams-get-1-gram free wax / extract deal, and so-on. Regarding their service, it's top-notch. They start their business focusing on customer service, because as a medical delivery, customer happiness and satisfaction is literally priority number one for the team. Placing a repeat order? Your text will be replied to usually in under a minute, at most five minutes. They will take your order, offer alternatives if out of stock on what you want, and then give you a delivery time that their drivers ALWAYS arrive early than; I'm shocked as how quick and efficient their drivers are! NOTE: Tip the drivers! While Pakalolo Sunshine pays their staff, drivers are putting wear and tear and their own gas into your deliveries- thank them with $5-10 dollars if you can spare it! (much love to the drivers!) I've had less than 3 issues in 4 years of using Pakalolo Sunshine: Two times the wrong products were delivered (mistakes happen!), which they fixed immediately, and one time I received an expired edible, which they replaced within 30 minutes, with bonus gifts as an apology. You will not have bad service with Pakalolo Sunshine! They are not without flaws; some of their stock needs some expansion in 2020, no question. They just lost their main supplier of "clear" extract, Palmas, due to 2020 medical licensing issues, and their edibles selection has taken a significant hit with the 2019 year-end raid of Kushy Punch for having a black-market lab down the street from their medical lab), but their rotation of nug-run crumbles, shatters, and budders cover the spread; they always have new strains of extract in stock. So while their stock has room improvements, no question, it doesn't suffer nearly enough issues to warrant anything less than 5-stars- give it a look, I promise you'll find something worth picking up. As for the latest in extraction science, the team tries to source the latest and greatest meds: You'll find a new selection of THC diamonds in the rotation in 2020, as well as live-resin terp sauce that tastes like heaven and hits like a mac truck going 710 mph. ;) Long-story short: trust Pakalolo Sunshine in 2020 for all your delivery medical cannabis needs, I would literally be shocked if you were not satisfied with the entire experience, from products to prices to service, Pakalolo Sunshine is the best delivery cannabis experience San Diego has to offer.

For the most part, the reviews were okay, so I thought I would give this place a try. I purchased "ISH" hybrid disposable wax pen for $60.00. To be honest, the service was great, but their products suck. When I received my pen, i opened the box and took a few puffs while walking back to my hotel room. When I got there, the pens battery completely died, or it was clogged. I contacted them right away, and they responded, "Try warming your cartridge with a hair dryer (lowest heat setting) or by rubbing it between your hands to warm up the oil and change its viscosity. You can also poke a toothpick or safety pin gently in the hole to help de-clog it. I copy pasted so sorry if it sounds weird!" If they have a template built out for scenarios like this, I can tell they receive complaints like this all the time! Again, the service was great. They said that the driver will come back and replace the defected one. I received my second pen and it worked well for the night (I took about 5~ hits). The next day I went back home, and that night I decided to take a few more hits. Now my pen is blinking! Which means it's either clogged, or out of wax! Such B.S. $60.00 down the drain. At first, everything was going well. The employee helping me, Andrea ( the manager ) was polite and knowledgeable while assisting with an issue involving a previous purchase. I ended up buying additional items, and after checking out I even left a $5 tip because I appreciated the help. The problem started when I asked to use reward points. I was told I didn't have any available, but my partner did. After providing his information, the points were confirmed to be there, but I was told they couldn't be applied because he wasn't physically present. While I understand policies exist, this became frustrating because we share the account and shop there together regularly. At that point, I asked if I could simply return the items I had literally purchased only minutes earlier so I could place the order online instead. I was told there were absolutely no returns allowed, even though the transaction had just happened. I left feeling upset and realized shortly afterward that I had accidentally left my wallet behind. When I returned to retrieve it, I could clearly tell staff were discussing the situation. Feeling frustrated and disappointed with how everything had been handled, I took back the $5 tip I had placed in the jar moments earlier. Andrea then called me a thief in front of others, despite the fact that it was my own money I had just tipped. What makes this especially disappointing is that I've supported this company for years and never expected to be treated this way. One bad interaction can really change how a longtime customer feels, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression.  I have reached out to the company with no success.
