So the owner proceeded to report my review. Ahahahaha. Need I even comment on his immaturity and lack of professionalism as he continues to passively and aggressively reply to the honest reviews that are left by his customers. Ok, so now that I've had a chance to use these guys for awhile, I'm having a change of heart as to how I feel about them. In fact, I've done a complete 180 degree about face on that respect. So... I bought a Cookies cartridge from them, and got really sick from smoking it, that's when I did some research and found out that Cookies only makes half gram cartridges (as of today at least). So, all one gram cartridges that say Cookies on them are counterfeit, which means that these guys sold me AT LEAST one fake cartridge (and I've bought 7 from them in total). I also noticed that the quality of the flower was varying, even though we were ordering the same strain (Gary Payton) every time. Their own delivery driver also told us that the Gary Payton is pre packaged, and should NEVER come in a container, and that there was something wrong if we ever got it in anything other than the original packaging. That conversation only took place after Mike, the owner, dropped off some Gary Payton in a red container (thier standard flower jars) But, why would it be taken out of the packaging to be out in a crappy generic weed jar?? They sell (at least according to thier website) 4 Cookies brand strains, Gary Payton, Cheetah Piss, Cereal Milk and London Pound Cake. I googled the last strain, only to find that all strains have packaging easily bought straight from Amazon!!! That means that they could essentially buy the packaging for these reputable products, and out whatever they wanted into the packaging, and sell it to us under false pretenses.... no thanks, I'm good!! I'm sorry that I put a positive review up for these guys, and am happy to reduce it to a one star rating today. They do have pretty good service from thier dispatchers and delivery drivers, but it seems like theres some shady practices goin on here, I would avoid them like the plague going forward!! read more

Very disappointed. My experience was fine up until recently I purchased a malfunctioning cart from here. I was told from customer service that I would get a refund back, (keep in mind the cart was still brand new I tried to fix the cart on my own and switch the oil onto another cart). Extremely fast, extremely friendly, but the product did not deliver. For some reason, I cannot get high off edibles so I would have to take around 800-1000mg for it to hit. I ate the 500mg right away, (my bf ate 100mg cus he's normal) and the packaging says 1hr activate time so i waited. Placed an order for a 1g Syringe of Charlottes Web around 10:30p and attempted to use my CC. After placing my order I prompt received a text stating that CC's are only valid with orders $100 or over, something I wasn't made aware of through Getnugg.com.
