Every single interaction with this guy is uncomfortable, aggressive, and disrespectful. His tone, vocabulary, attitude, and the way he talks to customers -- even over the phone -- is completely unprofessional and honestly concerning. What's crazy is I thought maybe I just caught him on a bad day, but after reading the recent Yelp reviews from the past week, it's obvious I'm not the only one saying this. Multiple people are describing the exact same behavior. That says a lot. This place used to have solid customer service and a welcoming environment. Now it feels tense the second this guy starts talking. Asking a simple question about a product somehow turns into attitude, sarcasm, or being talked down to like customers are bothering him by walking in. It genuinely feels like he's single-handedly driving loyal customers away and damaging the reputation this shop spent years building. It's sad because the owners and the rest of the staff never used to run the place like this. One person can absolutely ruin a business, and unfortunately that's exactly what seems to be happening here. I really hope management takes these reviews seriously before this place loses the loyal customer base that kept it alive for years.
