I've been coming to this shop for over 7 years and I honestly cannot believe how bad the experience…read morehas become because of one new employee. Every single interaction with this guy is uncomfortable, aggressive, and disrespectful. His tone, vocabulary, attitude, and the way he talks to customers -- even over the phone -- is completely unprofessional and honestly concerning. What's crazy is I thought maybe I just caught him on a bad day, but after reading the recent Yelp reviews from the past week, it's obvious I'm not the only one saying this. Multiple people are describing the exact same behavior. That says a lot. This place used to have solid customer service and a welcoming environment. Now it feels tense the second this guy starts talking. Asking a simple question about a product somehow turns into attitude, sarcasm, or being talked down to like customers are bothering him by walking in. It genuinely feels like he's single-handedly driving loyal customers away and damaging the reputation this shop spent years building. It's sad because the owners and the rest of the staff never used to run the place like this. One person can absolutely ruin a business, and unfortunately that's exactly what seems to be happening here. I really hope management takes these reviews seriously before this place loses the loyal customer base that kept it alive for years.

HUGE mistake. They aggressively told me I took it out of the shop and I should have rested it. WHAT?! Who has cartridges ready to test. If your products are authentic, stand behind them. What a terrible business model, cannot wait until it catches up to them.

Just bought a new piece from this shop and it's been shooting just a bunch of tar up to my face…read moreeven with the perks! Gross tbh I went back to ask for an exchange or refund or atleast find the problem because none of my perks on it worked and you just get a mouth full of tar every time! I spoke to Danny working there to help me out since I purchased from him. He called his boss and they straight up didn't agree with what I was saying and didn't even offer an exchange or refund. I repeatedly mentioned the piece is broken... like how do none of the perks not filter and I keep getting a mouth full of tar it's disgusting and not working properly? They didn't do anything to help or change and barely offered 15% on a new purchase. Dude I'm not buying from your shop ever again for selling me a broken product and not even bothering to hear me out. I just left the piece there and said keep it doesn't work so watch out they will most likely resell my piece I brought back and someone else will have the same problem. Sorry dude the shop is scamming.
