The building looked cool from the outside, lots of activity in this strip mall, and the security guard was genuinely friendly. After checking my ID, he asked if it was my first visit. I told him it was. I'm not really a smoker I was just shopping for a friend. Once inside, the experience completely changed. I was obviously lost, looking around like a dumbass trying to figure out what I needed, yet 2 employees walked right past me without offering help. When I finally flagged down an employee to ask about deals he pointed with an attitude to a small plastic sign instead of simply answering my question. My friend wanted Blue Dream, which was advertised at 40% off, so I grabbed two. At checkout, things got worse. I mentioned the first-time customer discount the security guard had told me about. Instead of checking, the employee insisted that "it's not your first time by a long shot. You've been here at least 10 times." We argued for a minute before he realized he'd pulled up someone else's profile. Then gave me a half-assed apology while looking in a completely different direction. He then got all funny about giving me a first-time discount because the items I bought were on sale. Which he DID NOT give me. Which is fine if that's the policy. My issue wasn't the discount it was being treated like I was lying. I walked out paying about what I would have paid elsewhere, but with a much worse experience. This brother couldn't see five minutes ahead of himself. He lost what could have been a consistent customer for about $15. I can tell he is not the owner. He is just a stingy employee. The security guard was great. Everyone else made sure my first and LAST visit would be exactly that. I'd rather spend my money at a dispensary with better customer service, even if it costs more. I guarantee you even with this excellent location the staff is going to run this place out of business. I would have to be desperate to go back into this place. But luckily there are tons of shop around with better reviews.

For the most part, the reviews were okay, so I thought I would give this place a try. I purchased "ISH" hybrid disposable wax pen for $60.00. To be honest, the service was great, but their products suck. When I received my pen, i opened the box and took a few puffs while walking back to my hotel room. When I got there, the pens battery completely died, or it was clogged. I contacted them right away, and they responded, "Try warming your cartridge with a hair dryer (lowest heat setting) or by rubbing it between your hands to warm up the oil and change its viscosity. You can also poke a toothpick or safety pin gently in the hole to help de-clog it. I copy pasted so sorry if it sounds weird!" If they have a template built out for scenarios like this, I can tell they receive complaints like this all the time! Again, the service was great. They said that the driver will come back and replace the defected one. I received my second pen and it worked well for the night (I took about 5~ hits). The next day I went back home, and that night I decided to take a few more hits. Now my pen is blinking! Which means it's either clogged, or out of wax! Such B.S. $60.00 down the drain. He explained the difference between the new flowers since I've been out of the loop, answered my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. After a previous experience with horrendous customer service at another dispensary, Tony was a breath of fresh air. I'm not really a fan of cannabis. It feels overly complicated with the amount of strands, flavors and uses. The large windows, the atmosphere, the ability to actually look around and browse the products--it felt like someone cared about creating an experience, not just making a sale. That version of March and Ash feels completely gone now. Walking in today almost feels like walking into a completely different business. The windows are covered, the openness is gone, the atmosphere feels cold and closed off, and what once felt like an upscale boutique now honestly feels more like a third-rate convenience store. And that is what is so disappointing. This wasn't a bad dispensary that needed improvement. This was a genuinely good dispensary that already had something special--and somehow, somewhere along the way, they took away the very things that made people like me want to come back. I walked in on my last visit planning to spend money. Within about five minutes, I walked back out. Not because they didn't have what I wanted. Because the place I remembered enjoying simply wasn't there anymore. Businesses change. I understand that. But there is a difference between changing and losing your identity.
