What a horrible experience!…read more BEWARE that if you place a Weedmaps order for Off The Charts the price WILL be different when you come pick it up. I placed an order for their National City location and when I arrived they told me the items were actually "more expensive" and they weren't sure why Weedmaps was showing that price. Sure, whatever... I placed an order for their San Ysidro location, I even called to confirm that had my items and the correct price this time! I wasted time driving down there and then was told that apparently the cartridges I bought were not the price listed on Weedmaps. They tried telling me that was the Preroll price, not the cartridge price. HOWEVER, Weedmaps description said it was a cartridge, the picture is of a cartridge and it let me place my order for the listed price! They tried to say it was the system problem and they couldn't honor what is posted online and what my order confirmation had listed. This Dispensary is full of liars. They put sales up to get you in the door and change the prices. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. I will not go here again and will warn everyone from coming to any of your locations.

I've been an AGA customer for a year or two, ordering (mostly) delivery once or twice a month for…read moretwo ppl on a budget. I can always, always count on AGA to have amazing prices on good ol flower, but what really keeps me coming back is the customer service and the fact that they accept cards on deliveries (I don't mind them having to round up, you get the change back, so idc). Whether I'm there in person, or on the phone, or texting, or getting my delivery, everyyy single person I've ever spoken to has left me with a smile- especially my favorite delivery driver, Anthony. He always keeps me updated on my order, he pays attention to detail (he actually reads the delivery notes), and he's super kind and patient when I need to redo my signature or I get my pin wrong lol Getting flower delivered and being able to pay for it with my card is a dream. Throw Anthony in as a driver, and I can't ask for anything else (that AGA can control, that is, lol). Delivery is usually pretty quick, too, within an hour or two, but use your noggin and have some damn patience if it's peak hours or holidays. Smoke a bowl and chill. It'll get to you. Oh, and ask about their happy hour :)

First stop for cannabis entering back from Mexico, unfortunately the security are just unfriendly I…read moreget they need to put that impression but yikes. Very bad first entrance and impression for the business. Kind of awkward to have everyone who is banned on a wall with their information and reason, kind of seems like their just slandering peoples name to the public. Some of the reasons were because they have an attitude? Like what lmfao? Maybe put that on the wall beyond the locked gate if the guards really need to have it visible. Another terrible feeling while entering the dispensary. For the pot I got some Cru and Fiore cannabis , first time trying fiore but familiar with cru from the Coachella valley dispensary. I let Adrian help choose the fiore brand and he chose truffle butter which is fire. Adrian and the greeting lady short a bit shorter with melanin they seemed to be the only happy ones there everyone seemed too stoned or xaned out to show hospitality. Besides that it was a great selection of flower and other choices at a reasonable price. I recommend Adrian as your budtender very nice and talkative was able to get me in and out without any of the hassle pushing some shit I don't want on me. I'd give this place a one star solely but Adrian and the selection of pot were pleasant. So extra star for that. I'd really give this place a four maybe even a five but the hospitality is big yikes.

I have no clue how long it would take during busy times. -to me this is no big deal because the customer service is outstanding if the customer service was average good I would prob check out other services. I'm a new loyal customer and I totally recommend.

I went to San Diego for vacation. It was 11:00 PM and I was hoping to find a place that would…read moredeliver a wax pen to my hotel. I found PB Marijuana through google. For the most part, the reviews were okay, so I thought I would give this place a try. I purchased "ISH" hybrid disposable wax pen for $60.00. To be honest, the service was great, but their products suck. When I received my pen, i opened the box and took a few puffs while walking back to my hotel room. When I got there, the pens battery completely died, or it was clogged. I contacted them right away, and they responded, "Try warming your cartridge with a hair dryer (lowest heat setting) or by rubbing it between your hands to warm up the oil and change its viscosity. You can also poke a toothpick or safety pin gently in the hole to help de-clog it. I copy pasted so sorry if it sounds weird!" If they have a template built out for scenarios like this, I can tell they receive complaints like this all the time! Again, the service was great. They said that the driver will come back and replace the defected one. I received my second pen and it worked well for the night (I took about 5~ hits). The next day I went back home, and that night I decided to take a few more hits. Now my pen is blinking! Which means it's either clogged, or out of wax! Such B.S. $60.00 down the drain. I would not recommend this place

OWNERS RESPONSE Then changed his response to something completely different. I shared the before…read morescreenshot message to my review. And quit lying. You never once offered me anything other than a greenhouse sativa to replace it with.... I have all the proof of the "story" you claim I'm making up and of your immediate accusations without even bothering to talk to me directly nor ask me my side all below. I'm writing this review to explain everything that I was hoping for the amount of money I was paying would be anywhere near as high quality as I was expecting, but OH BOY, was I wrong... Also reading other reviews on here I am thoroughly disgusted with the way the owner Johnathon responds The selection wasn't large but it was decent enough. I ran into several problems in their deals section where they noted 4 or 5 different churro deals... all conflicting with each other almost. 3 for 100 or 4 for 180 when they usually charge 50 bucks each anyways (Made me tilt my head in confusion) I ordered Buy 2 churros blunts for $100, A Vape Cartridge for $35 I believe and an 1/4 of Girl Scout Cookies... This is where the problems begin... I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional behavior and awful business practices in my life.... So I communicated back and forth with someone that works(I assume) in a different location with how they were talking about having seperate locations. I asked the person to have the delivery person call me or text me to let me know they are on their way so I can make sure I'm prepared.... Didn't hear anything until all of a sudden I get a text and a call that the guy is here... so I hurried up and ran outside to meet the driver. Then the driver proceeds to explain to me that they only had 1 of the churro blunts and that they substituted that extra churros with Fire Crackers (House joints, packed loose as hell half of the tube was empty) but everything else was in the bag including the mini churro as a gift for spending 180 dollars with them. I went inside, pulled everything out.... And looked at the flower and my mouth almost sank to the floor... the pictures they have on their website DEFINITELY do not match what I received at all. I have grown this strain with family back at home the scent and the appearance, were a no go for me. I weighed it up and surprisingly whether it was short or over, luckily it was only short by like .2 grams. Not a big deal, if the majority of what I was looking at wasn't primarily stems with overly dried homegrown flower. The money handling was a little awkward because they have you send the money to the drivers personal cash app if you choose that payment source and you're sending it a non-business account which is actually against the law, btw.. the driver tells me it's 184, but tips are really appreciated, mind you this is after he tells me that he didn't care enough to call me, before he left and ask if I still wanted to churros or not and nor did I even get offered a replacement or a refund and just chose himself to give me the "Firecrackers" instead which 5 of them cost $35 dollars the churros cost $50 for 1. I sent 185 because I was not impressed and the driver looks at what I sent and then goes "Man, what? No tip come on man" and then throws and attitude. I chuckled and he handled me the bag after a few awkward seconds. And then he drove off So I contacted the company and the guy who I talked to was extremely friendly. He immediately told me the driver replacing the churro with the firecrackers was not right and that he would have the driver bring me an exchange for the flower and firecrackers, and that the same driver would be coming through, I expressed that I just don't want their to be any problems cause he gave me attitude when I sent the money, and assured me there would not be any problems. The driver came and exchanged what I had for what he had and no words were exchanged. I go inside to look, and I was pissed... I loved the replacement for the firecrackers, which was a disposable vape, (Yummy), and another what was supposed to be 1/4 of different flower.... Instead I got the same exact strain/batch and I was more than 1 gram short on the flower I received the 2nd time. I contacted them again and at that time they were closed... attached are the conversations that I received from an employee for this company through what's app accusing me of verbally assaulting the driver to where they ended up quitting their job because it gave them too much anxiety.... Bullshit story..... I mean if it were my company that employed would've been fired on the spot, if it was the owner then this company is surely doomed to fail as long as whoever it was works there. I was told shortly after by the General Manager Jackie to request a refund and she would have the driver refund me my money and would follow up with me in the morning (7/13/24). Never heard a word from anyone and my refund request is still pending.
