I've been an AGA customer for a year or two, ordering (mostly) delivery once or twice a month for two ppl on a budget. I can always, always count on AGA to have amazing prices on good ol flower, but what really keeps me coming back is the customer service and the fact that they accept cards on deliveries (I don't mind them having to round up, you get the change back, so idc). Whether I'm there in person, or on the phone, or texting, or getting my delivery, everyyy single person I've ever spoken to has left me with a smile- especially my favorite delivery driver, Anthony. He always keeps me updated on my order, he pays attention to detail (he actually reads the delivery notes), and he's super kind and patient when I need to redo my signature or I get my pin wrong lol Getting flower delivered and being able to pay for it with my card is a dream. Throw Anthony in as a driver, and I can't ask for anything else (that AGA can control, that is, lol). Delivery is usually pretty quick, too, within an hour or two, but use your noggin and have some damn patience if it's peak hours or holidays. Smoke a bowl and chill. It'll get to you. First stop for cannabis entering back from Mexico, unfortunately the security are just unfriendly I get they need to put that impression but yikes. Very bad first entrance and impression for the business. Kind of awkward to have everyone who is banned on a wall with their information and reason, kind of seems like their just slandering peoples name to the public. Some of the reasons were because they have an attitude? Like what lmfao? Maybe put that on the wall beyond the locked gate if the guards really need to have it visible. Another terrible feeling while entering the dispensary. For the pot I got some Cru and Fiore cannabis , first time trying fiore but familiar with cru from the Coachella valley dispensary. I let Adrian help choose the fiore brand and he chose truffle butter which is fire. Adrian and the greeting lady short a bit shorter with melanin they seemed to be the only happy ones there everyone seemed too stoned or xaned out to show hospitality. Besides that it was a great selection of flower and other choices at a reasonable price. I recommend Adrian as your budtender very nice and talkative was able to get me in and out without any of the hassle pushing some shit I don't want on me. I'd give this place a one star solely but Adrian and the selection of pot were pleasant. So extra star for that. Honestly, my order had some issues, dispatch called and had to do some changes due to inventory on an ordering platform that didn't match stock. Also, some price changes that I wasn't expecting. I wasn't compensated either, but I qualified for an ftp deal and got 30% off. The price changes took me over my budget by a dollar. Which took away my ability to tip the driver, Anthony, so instead, I took time out of my day to leave a review. Contacted and asked about the legalization and when they will not require a doctor's rec(mine expired and felt no need to renew since the prop passed. Saw online that this location was listed as a "Recreational" marijuana storefront. When asking was told it was not till next year and before I could explain that online has false information the guy hangs up on me. Might contact local legislation and have them research this location as online shows it is and no taxes has been posted and I know locations are selling and pocketing the "tax" they charge. I've been a customer since AGA opened. With the exception of one delivery driver I find staff polite and knowledgeable. The driver at issue parked in the MIDDLE of the street (not even at the curb) and became upset when I told him if he did not park properly I would cancel the order. I am a professional (attorney) as are all others (pilots, military officers, etc.) Doing transactions in the middle of the street is NOT appropriate. I get deliveries but the times I have gone to the store security was very friendly to me. As a senior citizen the 25% discount is great! I recommend weekday mornings as that is when Pablo works. Pablo explained to me that new customers only must take a selfie with their ID because the bad guys were using someone else's ID to set up a delivery then robbing the driver. Been here about three times. Like they say , third time is a charm! The last time I was there, One of the security guards was questioning my ID (keep in mind I have a Military dependent ID) with another coworker of his. He took my ID with him and like 5 mins later he comes telling me that my ID is expired, & I said that's impossible because it clearly says it expires in December 2022. As I tried to take my ID back to show him the date, he held on to it firmly so I couldn't take it back. I'm not the only one that he's questioned before! We love this place and my spouse stops often for basics. Today I needed to go in and ask questions (had spouse drive since the last time I tried to find it by myself, I would up crossing the border by accident with no passport with me). Young lady who helped me was SUPER nice and knew exactly what I needed for pain relief for some pretty serious knee issues. Was in and out in ten minutes. Yes there's a wait if you go during happy hour or on a busy day on the weekends. Be patient. Called in to see if they took apple pay, they do. I take my time to travel to their store, while checking out, owner disclosed $75 min purchase to pay with card. They should train their Reps to disclose this info before hand, to avoid wasting time. If not - Great selling strategy, disclosing this while ready to pay. Not gonna use a third party ATM, to aid your cash sales. Whats your surcharge 3-5%? I know Clover does not charge more - Id pay for it if they offered to pass the surcharge to me, but that was not an option.
