Ample amount of product really attentive customer service the minute you walk in they're trying to help you whether you want it or not (since I usually know what I'm looking for. I usually don't need help until I do.) and that's not a bad thing. My experience with Remus was extremely disappointing. I made an honest mistake regarding how to address them, and there was absolutely no malicious intent behind it. Based on the information and presentation that was apparent to me at the time, I made an honest assumption and was unaware that I had addressed them incorrectly. What I do not appreciate is finding out that Remus chose to speak negatively about me to coworkers because of an honest mistake. There was no reason to turn the situation into gossip or disrespectful comments instead of simply communicating with me directly. I would highly recommend changing your attitude and approach instead of taking your frustration out on a customer who made an honest mistake based on what was presented to them. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and customers should not be talked about behind their backs for an unintentional mistake. The situation could have been handled with simple communication and understanding, but instead it was made unnecessarily uncomfortable and unprofessional. They have the worst manager she is very rude today I went I wasn't feeling good because of my panic attacks I always come here because there in my neighborhood but today I went to buy a cartridge and when I came out I obviously open it to hit the pen that shit was dark brown I was like wow I can't believe my luck I walk back inside I'm under meds and I talk ask to talk to manager and she said I am the manager so I tell her about the pen usually I open them outside just to let them know the pen is damaged or something is wrong so I ain't going to just spend my money and get nothing but shit !!!! I don't usually leave reviews but the staff here is absolutely fantastic. I've been in a handful of times but each time after the first visit the staff has remembered me and gone out of their way to talk to me and assist me. Their selection is awesome and the revolving specials make trying a variety of products pretty easy. I also noticed they had a food pantry during the holidays, they consistently have popcorn in the lobby, and they even have cool food trucks on the regular.
