Neither did I until they advertised their outrageous Earth Day sale, which was held in a West Chester warehouse this past weekend. Don't worry, they'll be offering sales in the future, so you'll have more opportunities to stock up on yoga gear and other health and wellness items. The outlet is pretty confusing to find, so be sure to call or email them first for the most accurate directions. On my recent visit, I found that my directions took me to the outlets former location so I needed further assistance for an employee who happened by in order to find the right spot. So here's the dish on the deals. You'll find yoga mats, blocks, straps, clothing, DVDs, vegan shoes, massage accessories, home furnishing, green cleaning products, organic cotton sheets, and much, much more--all reduced well below their retail price. I bought a "Yoga for weight-loss" DVD box set with illustrated instructional guide for only $8. That's 70% off the retail price. The items are reduced because they are surplus, irregular, or seconds from mail order catalogs. As much as really loved this swap-meet style discount store, I can only give it four stars because it's not open regularly and it's difficult to find. Other than that, anyone interested in yoga, Pilates, meditation, or overall wellness must pay this place a visit. The next sale is May 1-3, 2008. Email the Gaiam Outlet to find out about other future sales.

Buyer beware! Frontgate seems to be a shell company that aggregates products from "vendors"…read more Therefore, Frontgate has little or no control of inventory, shipping dates or shipping methods. I ordered a Saber gas grill and natural gas conversion kit. Soon after placing the order I received an email from Frontgate with delivery dates. The grill moved from an initially promised November delivery to mid-December. The gas conversion kits was supposed to be delivered by November 24. The grill arrived unexpectedly on November 21--which was good. Today, November 25, I received another email from Frontgate stating that the grill would still be delivered in mid-December and that the conversion kit had not yet been shipped. The left hand of the company does not know what the right hand is doing. Finding the conversion kit on Amazon (with Prime delivery), I called customer service to cancel that portion of the order. All of my experiences with the customer service reps have been good, they just don't know anything, and are trained to tell customers that someone will get back to them with answers in 3-5 business days, after they contact the vendors. I'll bet that Frontgate screws up the cancelation and that I will have a protracted battle with their customer service department to get the purchase credited back to my credit card. I will not do business with Frontgate again, and strongly recommend that they be avoided.

For those with bad experiences, take a look at their other reviews and see if they mostly tend to be complainers? Everyone has a bad experience here and there, but if they fail to spread the good, it does say something about their posts. If you want to know about their deals, sign up for emails and they tend to have 6pm-midnight GREAT sales on Sunday nights.

Save BIG money.....well... maybe sometimes…read more Saving money isn't the appeal and will definitely not be the only thing that will bring you back to Menards. Menards has, almost literally, everything. You need cereal? They got it. You need a kitchen sink? They got it. Toilet seat? In the plumbing section. Lawn Furniture? In the garden section. Redoing your closet? They got you covered. Everything you can think of, and more. Like many of the big DIY stores, the top three in our area if you can think of them, they have a great selection. If you shop around, Menards prices are usually fairly good. Where they are similar to the big DIY stores is that it's almost nearly impossible to find help, at times. Now, the big DIY stores do suck when it comes to being able to find somebody to help you, but Menards is probably the best of The Big Three. Would I go back? Absolutely.

Afterward, I started looking into the company and was shocked by what I found. They're not BBB accredited, their ratings are very low (around 1.4 on both BBB and Consumer Affairs), It honestly surprises me that this isn't more widely known. Out of about 700 reviews on the BBB, about 600 of them are 1 star. Probably because zero stars aren't an option. For a company of this size, it raises serious questions about how these kinds of customer experiences continue without more accountability. I would strongly recommend doing your research and considering more reputable options. This place needs investigated
