decided to switch from disposable devices to a refillable device. was unfamiliar with the process but very particular about flavor and quality. walked in and was immediately helped. instead of being annoyed with having to explain everything to me like i'm 5, the person who helped me was eager to answer all my questions and give helpful tips. staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful a.f. I was able sample-by-smell as many flavors as i wanted as many times as i wanted. i mentioned what i liked and which disposable devices i like and why. based on that, i was given several recommendations from staff - some of which i would have never considered. ended up purchasing a few of those recommendations and am super thrilled with those flavors. i also felt comfortable with the device i chose bc i was able to make an informed decision. after my purchase was made, i was offered rundown of how to set up and use my purchases which i first declined. the staff member persuaded me, claiming it would only take a second. i'm glad i watched his tutorial bc it really was helpful and it did only take a sec. additionally, i felt extremely comfortable that this store is a clean, sanitary the environment that holds their customer's health/well being with the importance i hold my and my family's heath in a person entered the store w/o a mask and the people working immediately spotted it and tactfully had him exit until he could put on his mask. they even offered to find him a mask to wear if he didn't have one. thrilled i chose to come here, as i considered a few other options beforehand. now i have a homestore vape shop! read more

I love this place. They have a huge selection of juices with standard popular flavors and an ever changing selection of new ones. The employees are all great at recommending new flavors too. Pretty decent selection of mods and various tanks/RDAs, RTAs, etc. I've never had coils built there, but when I see employees building coils for other people, they're always doing quality work and taking the time to explain the process. I was passing through Eugene on my road trip from LA to Newport because the mod I've had for two years suddenly decided to break in the middle of my 16 hour drive (figures!!) so I stopped in here after checking out yelp. Was not disappointed!!! They were able to quickly help me pick out a new one very similar to the one I had that fit my old tank at a decent price. They've got the biggest selection of mods I've seen at any shop so plenty of options, I just liked certain features of my old one. I've had this one for about 3 weeks now and so far it's working great and has a much better battery life than my ol' faithful did. neat place. classy and nicely designed. really friendly and personable folks. i went in the other day looking for a JUUL to replace my American Spirit habit. they did not have any in stock but were incredibly helpful and informed. they explained the whole "vape" thing because i literally had no idea how they worked. they recommended the Phix as a comparable model to the JUUL because i wanted a closed loop system. (i think thats what it is called!) i picked up a starter pack and a mixed pod set. when i got home i read some reviews online and via youtube. i absolutely believe they steered me in the right direction and am really stoked i got the Phix. its sleek and compact, fits in my pocket and holds twice as much juice as a JUUL. on my way out i saw something that looked to be a vape bar? i'll give it another look when i return. as for the American Spirit smokes... i hope they have gone the way of the Dodo. so far i am really enjoying their products and will absolutely return when im outta pods. thanks guys! read more

I love Urban Vapors they have excellent customer service! I lost the top of my tank and went in to buy a new one. While I was there I decided that I wanted a different style because I wasn't completely happy with the one I had, but a few weeks prior I had bought a pack of coils for my old tank at a different shop. I was hesitant to switch tanks because I didn't want to waste the coils as I hadn't even used any yet, but Matt offered to directly swap them out for coils for my new tank if the other shop wouldn't let me return them. I went back to the first shop and they wouldn't let me return them because I didn't have a receipt so they couldn't prove that I bought them from their shop, and if they looked at the points I had they couldn't confirm what it was that I purchased. I went back to Urban Vapors and a different guy was working, I didn't catch his name. I was nervous that he wouldn't allow the swap since Matt wasn't there but he was also happy to help me! He swapped them out for coils for my new tank of equal value, knowing I didn't buy them there. He said they didn't want my money to go to waste and that they just wanted to help me out. Urban Vapors e-liquid is ridiculously overpriced, and a significant proportion of their selection is lower-end "premium" juice that's actually garbage--tastes bad and/or will make you nauseous. Stop getting ripped off and burned by overpriced and nasty e-liquid: buy your juice and vaping supplies on-line---most retailers offer free shipping and discounts of 10-20% on already inexpensive liquid and supplies. If you there are some juices that you like and you typically buy the same ones, it doesn't make sense to buy them from Urban Vapors; you most definitely can easily find them online for at least half the price. Charging at least twice as much as you pay for each bottle of e-liquid is not right. Shame on you Urban Vapors. read more
