decided to switch from disposable devices to a refillable device. was unfamiliar with the process but very particular about flavor and quality. walked in and was immediately helped. instead of being annoyed with having to explain everything to me like i'm 5, the person who helped me was eager to answer all my questions and give helpful tips. staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful a.f. I was able sample-by-smell as many flavors as i wanted as many times as i wanted. i mentioned what i liked and which disposable devices i like and why. based on that, i was given several recommendations from staff - some of which i would have never considered. ended up purchasing a few of those recommendations and am super thrilled with those flavors. i also felt comfortable with the device i chose bc i was able to make an informed decision. after my purchase was made, i was offered rundown of how to set up and use my purchases which i first declined. the staff member persuaded me, claiming it would only take a second. i'm glad i watched his tutorial bc it really was helpful and it did only take a sec. additionally, i felt extremely comfortable that this store is a clean, sanitary the environment that holds their customer's health/well being with the importance i hold my and my family's heath in a person entered the store w/o a mask and the people working immediately spotted it and tactfully had him exit until he could put on his mask. they even offered to find him a mask to wear if he didn't have one. thrilled i chose to come here, as i considered a few other options beforehand. now i have a homestore vape shop! read more

Wow. Outstanding customer experience and an absolutely stunning shop. I'm used to buying vape pens at grimey corner stores, this place is in another level. Beautiful space and extremely friendly customer service. Shout out to Matt who helped me out! Great vibes in here. read more

Normally the people here are very nice. This time not so much. I would love to hear back from the owner on this one. My wife goes in to buy 10 cartridges for almost $70. She makes the simple comment wow these are expensive and the workers reply was " you don't have to buy them". Customer service at its finest happy holidays to urban vapors thanks for reminding customers they have choices. My choice moving forward you get no more of my money along with multiple family members that usually shop there. Enjoy your business decline and rethink you are above helping your customers and providing excellent service. I will share this experience with as many people as possible. The owner can contact me through yelp at anytime. read more

I was super short on time and I needed to get a new vape and some new liquid before I rushed off to meet with a client and the shop workers were AMAZING. I got my vape, gave the shop worker some vague ideas of what kind of flavors I wanted and he was so good that he knew just the flavor! I was in and out in about 6 mins. And 6 hours later I'm finally relaxing and am completely in love with the products I bought and the time efficiency! Big thanks guys, you totally saved my day! read more

The staff has always been patient, polite and very informative. Their wide selection of products and supplies is endless. I appreciate being able to smell a certain vape juice before I purchase it. The " points" system has saved me so much money. If I ever have a question they help me right out. In the off chance that a problem happens they apologize and take care of the situation. Urban Vapors is my go to store. I have never visited another Vape store as efficient as Urban Vapors! I highly recommend their shop. read more

Urban Vapors - This is the place for all your needs! - Vape Shops Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

See all

First off let me say the whole entire staff there is awesome! But I have worked with Matt the most. He is always willing to take the time and help me. Now for most people that isn't that big of a deal, but I am one of those people who ask like 1000 questions. I know I am not wasting their time cause that means I'm buying something big, but even when they only think I'm buying something small they are super patient and will let me test all the products I want! Yesterday Matt spent a lot of time going over all the options for a small item I came in for and then also helped me get a new unit which means I am going to go back and forth over and over. He showed such patience and happiness in helping me. Thank you so much Matt! I greatly appreciated your time! Thank you and to everyone at that store! read more

One & only place I will go for all my vape needs. Dallas is awesome and helped me out today when my old vape died. Everyone there is awesome! They always take the time to help me with no judgement and with a smile. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. 5 stars all the way. I've been coming here for 3 years and will continue to be a customer. read more

I love this place. They have a huge selection of juices with standard popular flavors and an ever changing selection of new ones. The employees are all great at recommending new flavors too. Pretty decent selection of mods and various tanks/RDAs, RTAs, etc. I've never had coils built there, but when I see employees building coils for other people, they're always doing quality work and taking the time to explain the process. They're also not pushy at all with trying to sell stuff. If I'm looking for something they don't have, they never try to push me into buying something different. read more

Their customer service rocks! Super friendly and knowledgeable and they went above and beyond on my order. Thanks, folks!!

Got a good starter kit for a reasonable price. Nice staff who were willing to help someone who had only a general idea what they were looking for. Nice detailed descriptions of the flavors. The Snozzberrys taste like Snozzberrys. read more

I want to start by saying the service here was excellent and I got a lot of assistance in finding the right kit and juice. But after my purchase which I cannot return, I did some research. Should have before hand. The kit was almost twice the price of anywhere online...I'd recommend going here if you want to spend a lot more money on something you could get online.. I don't think expertise is with doubling the cost of your merchandise.. seriously frustrated. read more

Very little product compared to other competitors in the vaping industry. Quick tip for those who are out of state they do not allow vaping in the vape shops in Oregon. I found that out the hard way. Overall looks amazing inside very clean and I love the set up. Service was great and really enjoyed the staff! read more

Had a cracked tank. On vacation. Met up with the awsome staff at this place and was amazed. The knowledge and professionalism was top notch. Hooked me up with a new pyrex, coils and juice. All at once. The facility is so cool and relaxing. Got to chill on a comfy couch whilst they took care of me...kinda like a spa.. I would recommend to everyone in eugene to go here. read more

Great shop!! I was passing through Eugene on my road trip from LA to Newport because the mod I've had for two years suddenly decided to break in the middle of my 16 hour drive (figures!!) so I stopped in here after checking out yelp. Was not disappointed!!! They were able to quickly help me pick out a new one very similar to the one I had that fit my old tank at a decent price. They've got the biggest selection of mods I've seen at any shop so plenty of options, I just liked certain features of my old one. I've had this one for about 3 weeks now and so far it's working great and has a much better battery life than my ol' faithful did. This will definitely be my go-to vape shop when I'm up visiting family! read more

Stunningly condescending service. I just had to listen to one of the customer service reps elucidate on Ohm's law as if I was a five year old. Unfortunately, they had the only tank I could find to fit the battery I have; otherwise, I would've walked out mid-sentence. I would pay twice as much for service half as bad. read more

neat place. classy and nicely designed. really friendly and personable folks. i went in the other day looking for a JUUL to replace my American Spirit habit. they did not have any in stock but were incredibly helpful and informed. they explained the whole "vape" thing because i literally had no idea how they worked. they recommended the Phix as a comparable model to the JUUL because i wanted a closed loop system. (i think thats what it is called!) i picked up a starter pack and a mixed pod set. when i got home i read some reviews online and via youtube. i absolutely believe they steered me in the right direction and am really stoked i got the Phix. its sleek and compact, fits in my pocket and holds twice as much juice as a JUUL. on my way out i saw something that looked to be a vape bar? i'll give it another look when i return. as for the American Spirit smokes... i hope they have gone the way of the Dodo. so far i am really enjoying their products and will absolutely return when im outta pods. thanks guys! read more

I swear this place is the best so friendly and helpful shout out to Matt for helping me and the other guy I totally didn't get his name. But all the shops I have been to this one is by far the best . I love Urban Vapors they have excellent customer service! I lost the top of my tank and went in to buy a new one. While I was there I decided that I wanted a different style because I wasn't completely happy with the one I had, but a few weeks prior I had bought a pack of coils for my old tank at a different shop. I was hesitant to switch tanks because I didn't want to waste the coils as I hadn't even used any yet, but Matt offered to directly swap them out for coils for my new tank if the other shop wouldn't let me return them. I went back to the first shop and they wouldn't let me return them because I didn't have a receipt so they couldn't prove that I bought them from their shop, and if they looked at the points I had they couldn't confirm what it was that I purchased. I went back to Urban Vapors and a different guy was working, I didn't catch his name. I was nervous that he wouldn't allow the swap since Matt wasn't there but he was also happy to help me! He swapped them out for coils for my new tank of equal value, knowing I didn't buy them there. He said they didn't want my money to go to waste and that they just wanted to help me out. I appreciated it so much, I'll definitely be back! read more

Theeee best vape shop hands down! Always willing to help out and answer any questions. Their lounge is super chill and the tasting bar is high end with the latest technology which makes you feel so classy. Every time I go in the staff is super happy and full of information. Love urban vape!!! Keep up the great work! read more

horrible customer service. no one even acknowledge i was in there or told me they'd be right with me or anything.

Urban Vapors e-liquid is ridiculously overpriced, and a significant proportion of their selection is lower-end "premium" juice that's actually garbage--tastes bad and/or will make you nauseous. Stop getting ripped off and burned by overpriced and nasty e-liquid: buy your juice and vaping supplies on-line---most retailers offer free shipping and discounts of 10-20% on already inexpensive liquid and supplies. If you there are some juices that you like and you typically buy the same ones, it doesn't make sense to buy them from Urban Vapors; you most definitely can easily find them online for at least half the price. Charging at least twice as much as you pay for each bottle of e-liquid is not right. Shame on you Urban Vapors. read more

I was fortunate enough to get a vape from some friends as a Christmas gift this past year. I had been smoking cigs for about 7 years and was looking for an alternative. This was my first vape and needless to say I knew nothing about them as far as maintenance went. When I finally stumbled across urban vapors, my vape was so dirty, that the coil wouldn't register making the thing not hit and me feel SOL. But the minute I walked in, i was greeted and helped immediately. They figured out my problem (dirty tank and dead coil), fixed it and gave me a solid tutorial on everything I needed to know about it. The atmosphere is super chill and the staff Is welcoming and knowledgeable! Highly recommend to anyone in Eugene read more
