This shop has almost everything. I personally haven't had a issue with going there on a whim and finding what I need, when I need it. I've heard nothing but good things about this place, which is why I went there in the first place. The new shop over on 11th has a nice lay out and easy to see everything. Excellent customer service. I am greeted right away when I enter the store, even when it's busy. Sign up for the customer loyalty points to save money on future purchases. I was in the store today to return a defective vape with my receipt and the manager treated me with respect and gave me a replacement right away because he knows I am a loyal customer, no questions asked. I spent $75 there tonight.. it is Wednesday at 8:57 p.m. I told the girl behind the counter I don't want anything Menthol or mint or ice she sold me three devices that she assured me we're not menthol or iced one of them took your breath away it was so f****** mentholy I come back and I understand that she cannot give me a refund for these devices I was very polite and told her that these f****** devices were mint ice cool menthol what ever you want to call it .she said she can give me a discount. she reassured me again this mango kiss funky republic was not menthol or mint or ice or any cooling to it I stepped into the parking lot and took one drag off of it and it was mint it was a cooling device I do not appreciate spending over f****** 70 dollars on b***s**** that I don't want !!!! Me and wife have been going to this vape shop for well over a year now very loyally. I mean, I GO NOWHERE ELSE. After today and the horrible customer service. I will never be returning. NEVER. I asked when a manager was going to be in so i can talk to somebody in charge about returning a defective reusable vape I bought a week ago. THEY BOTH LOOKED AT EACH OTHER DUMBFOUNDED AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME A NAME NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I ASKED. NOR WOULD THEY TELL ME WHEN ANY MANAGERS WOULD BE IN. I was ultra polite and respectful until they got security. Then I lost my cool. They have lost 2 customers who have been supremely loyal. Well less than a half a block away is another vape shop that I will be using from now on. I haven't experienced unprofessionalism to this level EVER. I will be reviewing and posting everywhere I can about how unprofessional and intimidating me with security guards was really low and un called for. Hopefully I will able to speak with manager soon about this. This is beyond intolerable. read more

Rude unhelpful staff. They sell faulty vapes that break down way more than other shops. When I came back to exchange a vape that was falsely firing, staff told me they don't believe me and said I'm stuck with it. Even though I bought the vape maybe 2 hours before I came back. I used to only go here since it's so close by, but it's not worth the money with how often the vapes fail and that they don't honor replacing them. The staff are also generally super rude and unhelpful. There is maybe one member of staff that knows anything about the different brands of vape. The others will just pretend they know what they're talking about. Don't go here. read more

they will do anything to convince you the products you purchase are your own fault and not a factory defect. also the number saving system does not save your points correctly, nor does it rally transactions as you purchase products with them. overall poor customer service that would stop serving you if too many customers arrive in store. choose any number other vape shop besides here. read more

Just upgraded to a bigger mod. Very helpful but a little bit expensive. Looked online and could have got same mod for ALOT cheaper....from the company that makes them. My stupidity I guess, but not going back, that's for sure! read more
