Purchased a vape recently. Used it a few times and it began to leak. I put it on a paper towel on my kitchen table and realized it was leaking green liquid? Left it unattended for a while and when I came back to the room to see what was smelling burnt and there was a smoke coming out of it and it was very hot to the touch as well as the tip melted. Brought it back to the store to tell them about it. Just wanted to exchange it or a different one, and even though the employee didn't ask when I purchased it (it was extremely recently if she'd have asked) she said "since it's a disposable and not a recent purchase" there was nothing she could do. I left, will not be back to Emerald Vapors unfortunately, reaching out to the company that made the product to see if they might replace it for me. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has some of the most uneducated employees I've ever dealt with. Every time I leave this place I'm always pissed. This last time just did it for me, I went in to find a replacement glass for my tank and the guy takes my mod and looks at it like it's a damn UFO for a good 30 seconds. He proceeds to take the tank apart, then the glass and just DUMPS MY FULL TANK OF JUICE ON THE COUNTER. After about 5 minutes of him searching around and comparing glass sizes I told him I would just wait to find one somewhere else. He starts to put my tank back together and forgets to put the coil in first. OH YA AND HE DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO REFILL MY TANK AFTER DUMPING MY JUICE OUT!! I have disposable income and I have to shop here because they have the only flavorless E-liquid in town so I'm a pretty calm cat that being said these people are awful awful awful their customer service is terrible at their lazy they're extremely expensive and the return policy sucks it's been 3 weeks since I have been trying to follow through on a return for $25 that they supposedly posted to my card and never went through should have been simple just reposted I have my bank account I have everything and I even have the receipt wolf receipts anyway I called they said you can't talk to the owner he's never around he has no way to be approached blah blah blah they're cheap they create a crappy relationship and the owner is a piece of shit read more
