Went here and was first and the "boss" helped me after 2 people came in after me. She looked at me multiple times and didn't offer me help and when my boyfriend came in, he got help right away. I asked her kindly to please help me next and she gave me attitude and said "oh I thought you were with him." After this, she helped me and was nice, but it just put me in a sour mood and she didn't apologize. I don't know if it was because I am a young woman, but I thought her being a woman as well, she would help me right away it's OK though I'll go somewhere else.. Actually, now that I'm in the car, I realized that those two girls gave my boyfriend the display box and there was nothing inside the box and we spent $130. Who gives somebody an empty box and doesn't check in it first???? We had to turn around this place is a terrible place of business. How can you sell somebody almost $200 worth of items and not check the box, we left without something we bought and had to go back. This is so annoying and I will never ever bring this place business again. After we picked up the actual item, they laughed at us and barely apologized.

I took it directly back to the shop. The guy I bought it from said unfortunately the 10 dollar ones YOU run the risk of them not working. Submitting the delivery request was met with an error message, so I called to confirm it had gone through. It had. Well over the allocated window of delivery I was quoted, I called again, as one does. Felicia was immediately combative. She told me I had called before (yes, I know--but that was an hour ago). I explained the situation and she became more hostile. She proceeded to tell me that they can cancel my order and cancel me as an account altogether. Then she told me to stop yelling at her because I contradicted her story, but I never raised my voice. Then told me how I'm the best tipping customer, and that all her drivers absolutely love me. Then she went off on a rant about how "everyone in the store can hear me" before telling me "she's going to put me on speaker." When she was done speaking, I asked if I was still on speaker and she told me that I never was. It was just a tactic to maintain control. This is not normal behavior. It's really volatile and not the person you want representing your business. Felicia. If you read this. Get the help you clearly need. If you are the manager, your employees need better. Resign.
