I was able sample-by-smell as many flavors as i wanted as many times as i wanted. i mentioned what i liked and which disposable devices i like and why. based on that, i was given several recommendations from staff - some of which i would have never considered. ended up purchasing a few of those recommendations and am super thrilled with those flavors. i also felt comfortable with the device i chose bc i was able to make an informed decision. after my purchase was made, i was offered rundown of how to set up and use my purchases which i first declined. the staff member persuaded me, claiming it would only take a second. i'm glad i watched his tutorial bc it really was helpful and it did only take a sec. additionally, i felt extremely comfortable that this store is a clean, sanitary the environment that holds their customer's health/well being with the importance i hold my and my family's heath in a person entered the store w/o a mask and the people working immediately spotted it and tactfully had him exit until he could put on his mask. they even offered to find him a mask to wear if he didn't have one. thrilled i chose to come here, as i considered a few other options beforehand. now i have a homestore vape shop!

Went here and was first and the "boss" helped me after 2 people came in after me. She looked at me multiple times and didn't offer me help and when my boyfriend came in, he got help right away. I asked her kindly to please help me next and she gave me attitude and said "oh I thought you were with him." After this, she helped me and was nice, but it just put me in a sour mood and she didn't apologize. I don't know if it was because I am a young woman, but I thought her being a woman as well, she would help me right away it's OK though I'll go somewhere else.. Actually, now that I'm in the car, I realized that those two girls gave my boyfriend the display box and there was nothing inside the box and we spent $130. Who gives somebody an empty box and doesn't check in it first???? We had to turn around this place is a terrible place of business. How can you sell somebody almost $200 worth of items and not check the box, we left without something we bought and had to go back. This is so annoying and I will never ever bring this place business again. After we picked up the actual item, they laughed at us and barely apologized.

I took it directly back to the shop. The guy I bought it from said unfortunately the 10 dollar ones YOU run the risk of them not working. Ummm I paid money for it and there is no sign stating use at your own risk. Also he never entered my email to receive rewards. This is the sec9nd vape I have purchased out of 6 that did not work. But the other guy when it happened exchanged it immediately.

Both times these have been juices THEY recommended I get. Prices are less than emerald vapor, but at least there they don't recommend a bad juice, and on top of that, nephos only goes down to 20mg (2% nic) whereas emerald starts at 3mg and goes up from there. I will not be going back.
