I used to buy my smokes exclusively from this place until I got stale cigarettes on the last few trips and the to the fact that the younger kid working there wouldn't wear a mask to protect the public. The last few trips to the business, I bought this issue to his attention and all he said was that it was too hard to breathe in. I told him that I don't patronize businesses that don't protect their customers. I haven't been back since! Now they will reply to this to try and cover their ass and say they require employees to wear a mask at all times, but I haven't seen it. read more

I've gotten into disposable nicotine salt vapes lately, like PuffBars, Switch Mods, Fuego Bars etc. And I had been buying them from this place. Particularly PuffBars. But I won't be anymore. I'd noticed a few times that PuffBars that my sister gets from another store(an authorized retailer) give bigger, more potent hits. After buying a couple of bars from her store, the difference is like night and day. Cigarettes For Less sells counterfeit PuffBars and God only knows what else. *All* legitimate PuffBars have a scratch off authenticity code on the back of the box. I just didn't know that until now because my sisters are always out of the box. In the picture is a PuffBar package bought from an authorized retailer. Next to it is one from Cigarettes For Less. The differences should be obvious. Also, the staff is rude, and they won't answer basic questions on the phone like "what flavors do you have?" They're worried about "giving that info to someone under 21." Even if I were under 21, I couldn't go in and buy, so why be shady? read more

Today I stopped in to purchase a pack of cigarettes for my husband. I was carded, which was flattering since I just turned 40. So I gave the guy my ID. He looked at it, then looked and me and said "and your face?" I said "You can't see it?" He said "No, you are wearing a mask." To that I said, "Yes, because I'm supposed to." He was not wearing a mask and it is a legal state mandate due to COVID to wear a mask in public. I then pulled it down a bit without removing it to oblige him so he could see more of my face. I then said "It is my choice to wear this mask to protect myself and my family." He then says "no it's not." I said "oh it's not..:okay (sarcastically). While it is currently mandated it is still my choice to follow that or not. Anyway, he went on to mock me and then said "You are stupid if you think that mask is going to protect you from the coronavirus." I didn't respond after that, there is no point. However, how are you running a business and treating your customers that way?!! I will NEVER return!! I did not deserve that. I did not ridicule him for not wearing a mask, or for wearing his disgusting Trump 2020 shirt. If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. If you like to purchase things without feeling attacked or harassed, I suggest you shop elsewhere. read more

The staff is great besides the manager. She's very short tempered, snappy and plain out rude. Half the time they don't have vape products in stock or don't know the product. Their over priced as well. I won't be returning because every time she's condescending and talks to you like your dumb when really seems like she's needs to brush up on her own products and inventory. Don't recommend unless you want cigarettes or glass even then the out half the time. read more
