She looked at me multiple times and didn't offer me help and when my boyfriend came in, he got help right away. I asked her kindly to please help me next and she gave me attitude and said "oh I thought you were with him." After this, she helped me and was nice, but it just put me in a sour mood and she didn't apologize. I don't know if it was because I am a young woman, but I thought her being a woman as well, she would help me right away it's OK though I'll go somewhere else.. Actually, now that I'm in the car, I realized that those two girls gave my boyfriend the display box and there was nothing inside the box and we spent $130. Who gives somebody an empty box and doesn't check in it first???? We had to turn around this place is a terrible place of business. How can you sell somebody almost $200 worth of items and not check the box, we left without something we bought and had to go back. Always gotten what I've wanted, people have said "their juices are rough" but then say they haven't tried their selections in a few years, then tried it again and enjoyed it. The biggest issue I've had was the new vape "Off-Stamp" (which is not on them, but the company they buy it from) the Pulse X can last me two weeks, I am also a light smoker, but the Off-Stamp does not last nearly as long, and I keep both on the lowest settings. While it is cheaper to get the Off-Stamp, I'd rather save some and get the Pulse X. Their juices are also not the strongest in terms of flavor, but they do taste good. read more

Great store. Had a problem with my tank and rather than pushing me to buy a new tank he fixed it. Love it when they aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and help you out with a fix. When i was done he told me to have a nice day and it was totally sincere. Might sound weird but i notice and appreciate things like that. They also have some great flavors. I stopped in to this nice little shop to check out the kits & what a nice surprise! The shop is located on the corner of 13th & Lawrence. Parking is great. I walked in to find friendly people willing to answer all of my questions, even offering free advice. Colin, the owner, was helpful & friendly. His store is just awesome! I walked out with a starter kit that has 2... puffer things, lol! So that's 2 batteries & 2 refillable cartridges that I upgraded to EVODS. I added a 5 pack of coil things (they need replacement anyway, on a regular basis). I picked out a "juice" with added nicotine - with an interesting name... anyway the "juice" was a big hit with the receiver of this gift - great flavor for a first timer. For myself, I'm interested in vaping non-nicotine liquids along an herbal line, not marijuana, & I'll go back to get a kit for myself, soon. I love this shop! read more

I have been to many vape stores in many States. I called in advance to make sure they had the right coils. I spoke with a man, but a woman helped me at the counter... So, maybe he could have helped, but she most certainly didn't. The coils I got we're NOT for my mod... The juice was cheap but it was really didn't taste good to me... I really wish they would have had the option to try them before you buy. They do let you smell them, but if you know a thing or two about vaping, you know that smell ins't always an indicator of how good it'll taste. I would love to say this place worked for me (I moved to Oregon recently and it's right by my house) but it didn't. To be fair, the woman who served me was super happy and smiley... But seemed a bit ingenuine to me. Trying a little too hard. It seemed to work for the male customers I saw, though, haha. read more

Went in to buy a new vape since mine died, saw there was a sale on Esco bars, 10 pack for $60. They're usually $25 each so that's a steal. Turns out they are just trying to get rid of a bad batch of knock off Esco bars and they didn't warn me they were all duds before the purchase. After I discovered they were all duds (the color isn't the same as the actual vape I've used and there typos on all of them, and flavorless) I brought the box back and showed the lady at the counter. She said all sales are final and I couldn't get a refund. So they're selling FAKE vapes that contain god knows what. Don't trust the vape products here, it's worth it to find a different shop. I have been going to EV for 2 1/2 years. When I first went there it didn't seem super corporate or snobby but over the years and especially 2 days ago, they showed me what kind of store they really are after they have been established in town. I had a vape kit that I had bought there that I didn't have a receipt for but their logo was on it as well as the case it came in. All I wanted was the same thing, but one that worked. They stated that that style had been discontinued because it was poor quality. Bottom line; the girl working there offered me a free battery of the same size (that she grabbed from the backroom... where they had been taken off the sales floor... because they were discontinued! Seriously? Then she starts asking about my receipt, and stating their policies (which they never give you, unless you ask) As I starting getting upset, there were two girls sitting on the couch behind me laughing at me and telling me to hurry up. It was a horrible experience, worse than any other times that I had been there, and there have been too many. If you're OK with a 50/50 blend, then their pre-steeped stock juice has always been OK in my experience. Black honey and cloud city are good. If you want a higher VG juice, you're pretty much screwed. Every person I've asked about the maximum VG percentage they can make gives a different answer. An 80/20 mix will be inconsistent for the same flavor from bottle to bottle. The last time I was in there, I got two bottles. One tasted like vomit, and they forgot to put flavoring in the other. When I say it tasted like vomit, I mean it tasted like when you throw up after a night of drinking, but you're too lazy to brush your teeth, so you just go back to bed and in the morning you have a horrible dried vomit taste in your mouth. It was like a sweet tobacco morning breath vomit flavor. Vomit vape. Some of the employees also act like you're a burden more than a customer. There are a few people who are always friendly and make good liquid, but you remember the bad more than the good. TL;DR version: The stock juice is OK, but if you want a different VG/PG blend, I've always gotten inconsistent or downright disgusting juice. Some of the employees are great, but the bad ones make me never want to shop there again. read more

I vaped for about a year before I moved to Eugene, upgrading with whatever new stuff my local smoke shop got in. Needless to say, the selection there was very limited compared to what's out there. From my first stop in, I was blown away. I got a Nautilus tank for my iTaste MVP and loved every drag I got from it. About a month later I decided I wanted to dip my toe into the world of mechanical mods. There is quite the learning curve, but the employees there have been incredibly patient with me; helping me pick out the best atomizers and mods for my budget, wrapping my coils for me, all the while teaching me all the tricks for successfully wrapping my own coils. Now I'm producing clouds and quitting smoking. I love everything about this shop from it's flavors to it's staff and work bench, it's a hard one to beat read more

The Springfield location has excellent customer service. Today I had purchased a replacement coil that was faulty so I brought it back to the store. They helped me figure out what was wrong, replaced it quickly, and even threw in a new bottle of e-juice. I'm new to vaping and I'm very glad that they are the store that I chose to get all of my vape supplies through. They have been very good to me and I would highly recommend them. read more

I went into the store to buy my favorite flavor of juice. I had a nice greeting from the counter person. Shortly after I got home I dripped onto my newly wrapped set up. I noticed the taste wasn't quite right, so I called to let them know. I was told that even if it doesn't taste right, there's really nothing they could do. I was told that my bottle was mixed with the right amount of flavor. I was also told that they would not replace my bottle. What the heck kind of service is that! Needless to say I don't have to settle for that nonsense because let's face it, there's way too many other vape shops in town. read more

I have been wanting to try a real electronic cigarette for some time now, but didn't know where to start. They have items all the way from a newbie to pro.vapers. Since this is one of a handful of vapor shops I go to, I can honestly say it is pretty good. I wouldn't say it is amazing, but it has everything you need to get started and progress through your vaping journey. Great customer service, but I did have one run-in with a terrible employee. Thankfully, they fired him after enough complaints. The only real complaint I have overall about them is if you feel the juice has been made incorrectly, they will not redo it. Not what I would call good customer service, but they excel in all other areas. I will continue to be an avid customer there for years to come. read more

As a relatively new "vaper," I didn't know what to expect from the staff in terms of "newb-friendlyness." I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by their courtesy and professionalism. They answered all of my questions, and set me up with a quality kit within minutes. I am planning on sticking with this kit for maybe a couple more months, before I inevitably upgrade to a variable-voltage device. I have asked them about the VV devices they offer, and asked what they recommend. Before I asked, I did a lot of research online comparing the devices they offered, so I was already pretty-much sold on the one I plan on buying. The sales person I asked went through the pros and cons of each, and also surprisingly, didn't recommend the most expensive unit. Instead, he steered me toward the exact model I had already planned on buying, for the exact same reasons that I like it. I also had a problem with a non-working battery that I had recently purchased, and upon returning it, I was cheerfully given a replacement at no charge. The one constructive criticism I have is this: While the tasting bar is awesome, and the best way to be sure you like a flavor before you make a purchase, the "sanitary" rubber tips they offer are not exactly sanitary because of the way they are presented. Digging our filthy fingers into a bowl of "clean" tips pretty-much negates the sanitary measures they are meant to offer. Maybe there could be a way to offer them without digging around in a bowl for them, like a gumball machine-type gizmo? All-in-all, Emerald Vapors is an excellent business offering stellar service, an inviting environment, and top-notch products. Just go there, already! read more

That is the best thing i have to say about this business the staff was very little help. I first checked this establishment out over the internet. I later made a small order ($70) over the phone and waited for delivery...and waited...and waited. I live 75 miles north of Eugene and estimated 5 business days for my order to arrive. I phoned the owner(Colin) and was assured my order was on its way. It finally arrived on the 11th business day. Not deterred; and willing to give a second chance I made a second order ($55) on June 22nd...IT NEVER ARRIVED! I had to contact my bank after 3 weeks and file a claim to have my money returned. The folks running and working at this place are untrustworthy and will lie to cover their backsides. I've also found their eJuice is inferior! It turns black after a few topping offs of your tank and starts to taste bitter and harsh. I recommend searching for a different place to satisfy your eCig needs. I was very dissatisfied with the product taste and the vape pen quality. The vape pen base where the cord plugged in to charge the battery shoved back into the battery and I was not able to charge the battery. I was told it was user error and that I pushed too hard while plugging it in and they would not exchange it. The liquid was supposed to be snozberry but I couldn't taste or smell any thing in the liquid. In all it was a very disappointing experience from a store that friends told me was the best. I would hate to see what the rest of the stores are like. read more
