My friend and I came here to buy a water pipe. We found one we liked and realized it didn't have a bowl which allowed us to get a discount. What we weren't told was that there was a hole in the bottom of the water pipe meaning water was leaking out. We went into to try and get store credit and they said all they could do was another discount on another piece to get us to spend more money after losing $70 to a broken piece that we were unaware of. Obviously if the piece was broken it was going to continue to be faulty and poor quality, this resulted in another piece of the pipe breaking off that they then blamed on us. They also would not refund us for the separate bowl that we bought which is now useless with no pipe. It was shady and we didn't even get to speak to a manger. I called Wild Side in July '19 and found my favorite juice finally, as I've not found it in town at all. They said it was 18$. I was so happy! I've bought that product now several times since then, as the price is so good and it's quick access, no waiting on shipping. But last time when I went in, they said it was 21$. I explained that I've been buying that product for 18$ ever since I've been coming there. After doing lots of checking, they said the stickers were on the wrong bottles. For three months? He gave me the bottle for 18$ in good faith because of the mistake, and that is tremendously appreciated. But I honestly just feel like they raised the price. If I wanted to pay 21$, I'd go pay that at Urban. I don't feel like it's very honest to act like they didn't know it was being sold for 18$. I've bought it for that price from multiple tenders there. Why is it 21$ now? As much as I'd like to say I'll but buy online from now on at $12.99 a bottle, instead of being ripped off, but I know I can't always wait on shipping. This sucks. :( read more

Flew into my hometown Eugene on a late evening flight and needed some glass before all of the stores closed (at 9pm). We walked through the door at 8:56pm but the man at the desk welcomed us in. Not only did he not rush us, taking time to show us different things in the cases, suggesting other beautiful items. We bought $140 worth of merchandise from this shop. Got home and took the gas mask we bought out of the box and it was completely cracked, we hadn't even smoked out of it. We took it back just a few hours after we bought it, and the guys working there just said that there was no way it was cracked when they packaged it because they hadn't noticed it. We asked if we could just get a refund then and they said no, so we had to buy a replacement piece. If we had broken it we would have gladly paid for the replacement piece, we had just spent $140 there. The guy that packaged it must have shoved it into the box causing it to break because we definitely didn't break it! Solid store, went in recently and they have a wide range of cheap glass. Sadly, all of their employees took it on themselves to crowd around and forcibly upsell a $400 piece (Puffco Peak) not knowing what they were taking about (older v. newer model). They claimed they would be out for almost a month,after their last model was sold, even though when I called a week later they had the "new" model in just days after saying it would take so long! When I called today to double check and ask a couple questions the girl who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful in answering simple questions such as "what is the price tag in store on the newer models?" I was told to call back another time or come into the store. A simple answer would have sufficed. Rude to the point I hung up. Y'all need to get employees that value the opinions and questions of customers that call and walk in. I hope things change as I'd love to throw some business your way. read more

These guys are the worst stop in Eugene. Try midtown or hunky dory first. I've been by on multiple occasions where they are closed durning business hours for extended periods of time for no apparent reason. All open signs are lit up but the door is locked and No one is home. read more
