Wild Side Smoke Shop - cool gear - Vape Shops Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

Purchase 3 disposable vapes/ pay $15 each here, when it's always $20-30 elsewhere. Staff (female, in my case) was helpful, as well. Downtown location which means parking can be tricky... I parked half in the road, but it was closing time (10pm) and I was super quick in and out! read more

Went there to replace an item and holy cow they were having a smashing sale!!! Nathan's customer service was top notch, he went above and beyond for us! Don't wait to check them out, come walk on the WILD SIDE with me. And if you get great customer service like I did, don't be a dick leave a tip! read more

Wild Side Smoke Shop - We love our dabs and they have everything you need, Come walk on the Wild Side. - Vape Shops Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

They have the absolute worst service but were SO quick to give me and my boyfriend a mask.. we were there for about 10 minutes looking at inventory and never were asked if we needed help. At one point we thought a female worker was coming over to help us after standing at the case for five minutes and she stopped to pick her nails so we left. Not impressed. read more

When i applied i had an interview, i followed up and they refused to give me a call back. luckily my friend was working there and asked for me and they said that the manager does not feel as though its their responsibility to call back. i continued to shop there after but was sold multiple faulty products. and when it was brought to their attention they did nothing. they later fired my friend with no explanation while he was at the top of their sales board. bad vibes!! read more

My friend and I came here to buy a water pipe. We found one we liked and realized it didn't have a bowl which allowed us to get a discount. What we weren't told was that there was a hole in the bottom of the water pipe meaning water was leaking out. We went into to try and get store credit and they said all they could do was another discount on another piece to get us to spend more money after losing $70 to a broken piece that we were unaware of. Obviously if the piece was broken it was going to continue to be faulty and poor quality, this resulted in another piece of the pipe breaking off that they then blamed on us. They also would not refund us for the separate bowl that we bought which is now useless with no pipe. It was shady and we didn't even get to speak to a manger. I will never spend money here again. read more

I went in and bought a couple thing someone working there recommended me a grinder my weed has gotten stuck in it some many time now I've had to get a knife and pri it open and in the process it broke i have also found paint flakes in my weed after I grind it witch can also kill someone if the paint has led in it, they won't do anything bc it's past the 48 hours read more

They've got a great selection, excellent customer service, and really reasonable pricing!

Absolutely amazing customer service they not only found for me the right vape kit for me but also the right flavor and let me try one out to make sure I liked it, they answered every question that I had about not only the device but also the strength of the flavor and also the best way for me to get the most out of it. They also gave me a demonstration as to how to charge my device but also how to charge it when the liquid gets low and also when I should recharge it. I am definitely going to be going back to them, really awesome people. read more

I called Wild Side in July '19 and found my favorite juice finally, as I've not found it in town at all. They said it was 18$. I was so happy! I've bought that product now several times since then, as the price is so good and it's quick access, no waiting on shipping. But last time when I went in, they said it was 21$. I explained that I've been buying that product for 18$ ever since I've been coming there. After doing lots of checking, they said the stickers were on the wrong bottles. For three months? He gave me the bottle for 18$ in good faith because of the mistake, and that is tremendously appreciated. But I honestly just feel like they raised the price. If I wanted to pay 21$, I'd go pay that at Urban. I don't feel like it's very honest to act like they didn't know it was being sold for 18$. I've bought it for that price from multiple tenders there. Why is it 21$ now? As much as I'd like to say I'll but buy online from now on at $12.99 a bottle, instead of being ripped off, but I know I can't always wait on shipping. This sucks. :( read more

Purchased a Spinner pen for the purpose of using oil cartridges only. Took it to 2 different dispensaries and both places said the voltage was too high with the lowest setting at 3.6. Went back two days later with receipt and it NEVER being used and was told they wouldn't give me my money back. Only a store credit. well, I don't need a store credit. Honestly, won't buy anything from there when the sales kid was told specifically what I was looking for and sold me something I can't use. I even had him call the manager and he told him to tell me too bad. There is NOTHING posted or on the receipt stating otherwise. So this store can suck my ****. read more

Contacted the manager and got no response. Don't take this bs comment and think he actually fixed anything. Shop still sucks!

The customer service staff are great and please as best they can considering the greedy and obstinate policies of the this place. Will sell u junk ot products with absolutely no refund policy. I actually bought a torch and before I left the store asked what kind of warranty it had, when told only 30 days I asked to return it. They refused noting policy. Yet on another occasion I went in to buy something. and didn't have my ID and they would not sell to me in spite of having been in there numerous times, noting polic of course. Yet on another occasion I went in to buy some glass and they rang me up before checking my ID and I didn't have it but since they had already tang up the sale they didnt want to do extra bookeeping to void the sale they let me walk. Such hypocritical management and policies. But as I said the service People are very Friendly. Poor greedy owners and mgmt. read more

I bought a defective vape here. Took it home and it clearly had an electric problem...it would only turn on less than half the time. I took it back (with receipt and all packaging) the next day. Despite their 48 hour return policy, they would not exchange it or offer store credit because it had been used with 'material' in it. How else do you try out a device? They advised me to contact the manufacturer. The last time I will throw away my money here! read more

Bought a new nail and broke Instannly and when I took it back they said they could give me a 30% discount which outrages not even 30 dollars store credit read more

Flew into my hometown Eugene on a late evening flight and needed some glass before all of the stores closed (at 9pm). We walked through the door at 8:56pm but the man at the desk welcomed us in. Not only did he not rush us, taking time to show us different things in the cases, suggesting other beautiful items. He even showed us a visualization about the different types of filtration, including explaining how carbon filtration works and how vaporization compares. We went home with some great items, better informed about health options, and knowing I've got my regular spot whenever I visit home! Thanks! read more

Love love love this place! Jay is an awesome person to work with as well as everyone in that shop, amazing prices and deals on heady glass and trinkets, I was buying from hunky dorys before I came here and since then I haven't gone back!this shop definitely tops the charts for the best bang for you're buck. read more

We bought $140 worth of merchandise from this shop. Got home and took the gas mask we bought out of the box and it was completely cracked, we hadn't even smoked out of it. We took it back just a few hours after we bought it, and the guys working there just said that there was no way it was cracked when they packaged it because they hadn't noticed it. We asked if we could just get a refund then and they said no, so we had to buy a replacement piece. If we had broken it we would have gladly paid for the replacement piece, we had just spent $140 there. The guy that packaged it must have shoved it into the box causing it to break because we definitely didn't break it! But thanks for being rude and losing two customers that were gonna come back! read more

Solid store, went in recently and they have a wide range of cheap glass. Sadly, all of their employees took it on themselves to crowd around and forcibly upsell a $400 piece (Puffco Peak) not knowing what they were taking about (older v. newer model). They claimed they would be out for almost a month, after their last model was sold, even though when I called a week later they had the "new" model in just days after saying it would take so long! When I called today to double check and ask a couple questions the girl who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful in answering simple questions such as "what is the price tag in store on the newer models?" I was told to call back another time or come into the store. A simple answer would have sufficed. Rude to the point I hung up. Y'all need to get employees that value the opinions and questions of customers that call and walk in. I hope things change as I'd love to throw some business your way. read more

These guys are the worst stop in Eugene. Try midtown or hunky dory first. I've been by on multiple occasions where they are closed durning business hours for extended periods of time for no apparent reason. All open signs are lit up but the door is locked and No one is home. read more
