If you don't stock a particular product, you would be better off referring customers to somewhere that does rather than lying about the product and trying the up sell. The Aspire product I bought 3 months ago from their competitor is not "15 year old obsolete technology" just because I didn't buy it from them. That's ok though cuz there's another "game" in town who stocks what I need and doesn't insult me for owning it.

Left it unattended for a while and when I came back to the room to see what was smelling burnt and there was a smoke coming out of it and it was very hot to the touch as well as the tip melted. Brought it back to the store to tell them about it. Just wanted to exchange it or a different one, and even though the employee didn't ask when I purchased it (it was extremely recently if she'd have asked) she said "since it's a disposable and not a recent purchase" there was nothing she could do. I left, will not be back to Emerald Vapors unfortunately, reaching out to the company that made the product to see if they might replace it for me.

Went here and was first and the "boss" helped me after 2 people came in after me. She looked at me multiple times and didn't offer me help and when my boyfriend came in, he got help right away. I asked her kindly to please help me next and she gave me attitude and said "oh I thought you were with him." After this, she helped me and was nice, but it just put me in a sour mood and she didn't apologize. I don't know if it was because I am a young woman, but I thought her being a woman as well, she would help me right away it's OK though I'll go somewhere else.. Actually, now that I'm in the car, I realized that those two girls gave my boyfriend the display box and there was nothing inside the box and we spent $130. Who gives somebody an empty box and doesn't check in it first???? We had to turn around this place is a terrible place of business. How can you sell somebody almost $200 worth of items and not check the box, we left without something we bought and had to go back. This is so annoying and I will never ever bring this place business again. After we picked up the actual item, they laughed at us and barely apologized.
