I called Urban Power about a week ago to get an estimate for repairing my bathroom ceiling from the water damage (plus big hole) inflicted by an incident with my upstairs neighbor's horrible plumbing. Jake fielded the call, gave me an estimate of $200 - $300 and scheduled Johnny to swing by at 8:30 the next morning. Johnny arrived 10 minutes early (!), did a great job with the drywall patch, re-painted the ceiling, cleaned up after himself well (!!) and was our before noon. Total cost? $200, on the low end of the estimate. These guys rock. I can't tell you how many contractors have blown off appointments, left huge messes, done sloppy work, aborted jobs halfway through and kept my keys. By comparison, this was a dream.
