And, within reason, you can customise these trays with communication with the business. For example, my husband and I do not consume anything that contains alcohol including wine flavoured cheeses and such, and I communicated that to graze, they took care of it without a problem. One of the additional benefits of going with trays or catering from graze is being able to try locally sourced products and ingredients. Some of the breads, jams and honeys I've gotten on my trays have become favorites. I've been home, sick this week, and craving Grazing board. I wish they were closer to Harrisburg!!
