My coworker claims she gets lunch there daily for under $5 which I think is impossible. I see the portion she comes back with and there's no way it's that cheap. I get a modest portion and have never paid less than $7. I posted a pic of my latest meal which rang in at $8. The food is homecook-ish if that's even a thing. The hot buffet usually has a protein, a starch and one or two veggies plus a hot dessert. You can go online and see the calendar of what will be served except for Mondays. I believe that's when they serve whatever is leftover from catering jobs over the weekend. While the hot bar is good I can't say I've ever had anything that was exceptional. The cold salad bar is modest but has a nice selection including a few pasta salads and my favorite the red beet eggs. I will say the soups are exceptional and cheap. I had a sandwich made to order once and never will again. Today they had 6 soup selections it was a nice variety. The crab and corn soup I sampled was creamy and had pieces of real crab. It was a keeper. The ham/bean and the cheeseburger soup are also really delicious. Feel free to ask for a sample - they don't mind! The employees are nice and the place is spotless and comfortable for dining in. Pulling out and turning left is a bit of a challenge and they do keep strange hours. They are not open on Saturdays even. If you go call ahead to make sure they're open and make sure you check out the soup even if it's just to get a sample.

No one likes to be cooped up in a meeting room for 7 hours but a luncheon (and desserts!) from Premier give everyone something to look forward to at noon. Keep up the excellent work!

Staff were very friendly and helpful but with such a large event they seemed a little overwhelmed or could've used another person or two. We had to flag them down for water refills and eventually just went to the bartender for refills. Parking was a bit strange as you had to park on the side of the road or in a small lot that wasn't very well lit. This was around 6pm when its pretty dark and back a windy country road. Once that parking lot filled up there was a larger lot a bit back but again it was so dark and not well let we weren't sure if if was the right one or not.

When trying to set my menu, I was sent incomplete and incorrect revisions and it was extremely stressful to not have a correct final menu right before my wedding day. The day of my wedding, multiple food items were great but multiple items were not as expected. I specifically ordered a dessert package with a 2-tier wedding cake plus a sheet cake to cut and serve. I was delivered a tiny single tier round cake and no cake to serve my guests. Several months later, I am still so disappointed that due to their horrible communication and their disorganization, I did not have a wedding cake at my reception. I also specified a VIP table that was to have their food served first, where my parents were seated. My mother's dinner was already cold when it was served to her. After communicating our disappointments to MLC after our wedding, they were unable to remedy the situation.
