In doing our research it was clear that Little's had very favorable reviews. We chose Mark after speaking with him. He came to our home and cooked a meal for us and our parents. Mark took notes while offering recommendations. Afterwards he said he would come back to our home for an additional tasting with the changes we made to the menu. Again, Mark cooked a great meal for my wife and I and discussed some other additions, such as the fact that now Mark would also be offering bartender services for our wedding. Things were going well to that point. A month before our wedding we started noticing change. Mark was less responsive and more stressed. For example, Mark posted a cryptic video on his social media page. He was teary-eyed, explaining that at the end of the year he would cease operations with the catering business to focus on his food truck operations. My wife reached out asking if things were OK. He claimed they were. Fast forward to 10/10, the day before our wedding, and Mark explained he would be onsite to setup around 2:30p. By 4pm Mark was a no-show. All we had was a text stating "Be there in 20 min." On the morning of 10/11, I received a text from my fiance at about 10am stating Mark would be at the venue soon. Concerning because dinner was to start at 6pm. Mark did not show until 12:30p. He was clearly flustered and stressed. Immediately things unraveled. Our his/hers drinks at cocktail hour weren't being mixed or garnished. He didn't bring coolers and ice as he said he would for beverages. By dinner it was a total $hit-show. The dinner was unprepared. It took 2 hours to get 100 people of 130 served. 3 tables (30 people) went without food! We were mortified. We asked for 5 vegetarian meals weeks prior, and about 45 min into the dinner I took notice those guests did not have dinners. It was clear he forgot. Our venue notified us the next day they knew we would be having issues because shortly before the dinner they received a frantic email from Mark asking to rent their flatware. Sadly, Mark was to provide a set of flatware that we thought would've matched our wedding nicely, so we had to settle for something different. As time went on, several of our wedding party and family confronted Mark in the kitchen. He was not able to hold himself together, they report. Mark left the venue and his poor employees, some of whom were in tears, to fend for themselves. Mark was to serve chicken picatta. He served a piece of chicken with melted cheese. He provided charcuterie that did not contain meat, and for some reason, his staff came and took the cheese cubes off the trays and back to the kitchen. Were we served that melted over our chicken? He used a carton of half/half creamer that belonged personally to someone in our wedding party and used personal Tupperware of ours to transport the food. Not sanitary at all. The food was bland and not what he made during our tastings. All in all, this review is long because of the comedy of errors associated with Mark's total failure to meet his contractual obligations at the bare minimum. My wife and I are deeply disappointed in Little's and Mark. He failed us and his staff miserably. Do NOT use this caterer OR his food truck services (Little Chateau Food Truck). I spoke to Mark, and he acknowledged his failure while apologizing in tears. Thankfully, my wife and I were able to secure a refund by disputing the charges with our credit card company. I hope others who have been victimized by Mark are able to do the same. Lastly, our venue removed Little's from their list of vendors and stated he is not welcomed back to their facility. Avoid Little's Catering, or like us, prepare to be ordering 20 pizzas for your guests, and having to relive the terrible experience over and over as your guests ask you about "that horrible caterer" and "did you get your money back" for weeks after. If they can't handle one table, I certainly wouldn't trust them with an actual catering event.

Their excellent lunches, beautiful set up, presentation, friendly staff and wide selection of tempting meals make it difficult for me to even think about ordering elsewhere. No one likes to be cooped up in a meeting room for 7 hours but a luncheon (and desserts!) from Premier give everyone something to look forward to at noon. Keep up the excellent work!

Food: The options are never-ending. They have several different plans and more options than I would ever have imaged. The prices were very fair in my opinion. The quality was good. The appetizers (pretzels bites, meatballs and veggie tray) were nice but the dinner was very good (sirloin tip, Parmesan chicken, green beans, scalloped potatoes and salad). The food service was prompt and attentive - much appreciated. External dessert is allowed and that's what we did. Also appreciated. Drinks: They have a more strict drink policy than other places, but this did not effect our party or guests in the slightest. We did the open bar option, but they only allow beer and wine (no hard spirits). The bottles must be opened and administered from their supplied bartender with an additional fee. This means no big punch bowl or sangria. The bartenders were both very kind, and, as I said, this did not effect our party! Decor/Venue: Beautiful! I walked in and was wowed. Rustic barns are trendy, but they execute better than any other venue of it's type that I've attended. The rustic, farm-style was felt, but not oppressive. They had lots of flowers, Christmas decorations, and lights, hitting festive, elegant and rustic vibes. We were able to bring our own games and arrange the space to have an open area for cocktail hour/mingling. Our event had about 75 people, and it was plenty big. Cleanup and teardown: The sour note in my opinion. They were clear that the party is until 7, and everyone needed to be out by 7:30. However, I cannot stand when people start cleaning up and clearing down, while guest our still there. They started clean up before 7, while the party was technically going on. There was rushing and a lack of care for us at the end that I didn't like. Overall, our guests were very pleased, and the event was wonderful. As someone who organized it, I saw a little bit of a different side, but still greatly enjoyed it and would recommend this venue!

For every time we've dined here, we've had a reservation and still had to wait about an hour to receive our entrees. The one star knockoff is purely due to lack of speedy service and long wait times for food. Otherwise, the mansion is absolutely gorgeous, and has seasonal menus, so there is always something new to offer each time you visit. They have a unique seasonal cocktail menu, and numerous different types of alcohol/bottles. (I would recommend getting a prosecco glass with cranberry juice in it!) They give out two different pieces of bread, both very good, and they also give out a "bite of the night" or something similar to it, which is a unique small bite full of flavor from the kitchen.

The fish was overcooked, the scallop I had was sweet and cooked well. The rice was decent, but, instead of the rich saffron scented taste I expected, this tasted of chicken broth a la rice a roni. And whereas it was good, it was nothing special. He said the shrimp and mussels were good. I ordered Tuscan shrimp which was billed as shrimp and ravioli in sun dried tomato cream sauce with spinach. There were 4 good size ravioli covered in a cream sauce- not Alfredo- and there were bits of sun dried tomato sprinkled on it. Tasty but not sun dried tomato cream sauce. There are 5 or 6 good size shrimp that were delicious and cooked just right. This was a delicious dish and would have been 5 stars if it were hot. It was warm, not wArm enough though. Same for the paella. And everyone at our end of the table said the same thing. Neighbors had Mac and cheese with meatballs which they said was ok, chicken cacciatore which they said was covered in red pepper sauce which they said was good but that the chicken was dry. Didn't talk to anyone else about their meals but the chief complaint was that nothing was hot. And the service was uneven- we were served a long time before the people next to us were served their meals. This place is a venue for weddings and parties. One would think they could keep large numbers of meals hot and out at the same time. I would like to give 5 stars for my shrimp dish's taste. My husband said his paella was a 3.5 But serving the meals at low temp just knocks it down a few pegs. Dinner included a very small piece of crouton with tomato topping.
