We definitely made the right choice! I'm sure it takes tremendous skill to serve a delicious dinner to 150 people, and the Scarlet Runner staff performed superbly. My dinner of sweet potato soup and short ribs was at a level I would expect of a top-ranked restaurant, and this was at a catered event. Very impressive. In the days following the wedding we've had numerous guests offer unsolicited praise for their dinner, questions about who did the catering, etc. I'm just delighted with the performance and results of the the SR staff, they really delivered.

I've had ladies game days and anniversary celebrations basically catered by the bountiful variety provided on a Graze party tray. I am a huge fan of being able to pick and choose a little bit of a variety of bites. Whether it's salty or sweet, crispy or soft, the different options make for a fun meal or snack. And, within reason, you can customise these trays with communication with the business. For example, my husband and I do not consume anything that contains alcohol including wine flavoured cheeses and such, and I communicated that to graze, they took care of it without a problem. One of the additional benefits of going with trays or catering from graze is being able to try locally sourced products and ingredients. Some of the breads, jams and honeys I've gotten on my trays have become favorites. I've been home, sick this week, and craving Grazing board. I wish they were closer to Harrisburg!!

Not only are they extremely professional, organized, and clear on expectations, but it's apparent even from your first meeting with this team that they truly love weddings and the couples that they're working with for such a special day. My husband and I's main point of contact was Jennifer. From our very first meeting with her, when we were just inquiring about food vendors, Jennifer walked us through all of Simply From Scratch's services, and we were even offered some samples of food selections that piqued our interest. After hiring them as our caterers, Jennifer provided a detailed schedule of check-in meetings, reassuring us the entire time that they valued our choices and ensuring that our selections were noted. For example, my husband and I are not big cake people, and we knew we wanted pie for our fall wedding instead. Not only was Jennifer delighted by something different, but she and her team came up with the most stunning and delicious pie table for our wedding, complete with pecan pie bites that we still drool over when we think of them to this day! They also worked with us to come up with the yummiest signature cocktails that all of our guests were raving about. And the food itself was AMAZING! The presentation alone was a knockout! The team on our wedding day was also extremely professional and did such a wonderful job setting up, serving all of our guests, and cleaning/packing up everything afterward. Lastly, the team they worked with at Queen Street Linens for the table linens and napkins was just superb. They collectively took our fall color palette for our wedding and executed it beautifully.
